Damn a 100k plus Chinese scooter would be impressive. a sign of a good mechanic Lol. I'll be pretty happy if mine lasts a good while before I have to get into the guts of it. I ride mine pretty hard though, usually at its upper end and I ride it daily. I hope I can squeeze some good miles out of her. Worst case I have to drop like 300 on a new motor which won't kill me. Great thing is if it does crap out a complete rebuild or swap is faaar cheaper than routine maintenance on a car

Been tracking it. Like 3 days after I ordered it the package already went from China, to Japan, and now Alaska. Estimated to arrive on the 10th. I'll update everyone once it arrives, then after I manage to install it. Hopefully my right swingarm and shock don't make it too hard, the picture of it they showed installed were on a single shock model so I may have to be creative mounting it. But once its on I'll try and get a video up

So I noticed that when I unhooked the fuel line to the carb fuel just kept coming out through the line...isn't the petcock supposed to stop the fuel if there's no vacuum? Its like brand new so idk why it would already fail. I've noticed no running problems tho. Should I just spend 5 bucks for a new one? I'd get a manual one but I figure it would be a pain to get to

My long case came with a 120 10 rear and a 130 10 front. It has big old dual purpose tires that work nicely. They may fit yours. I think they are taller than a standard 10 by quite a bit tho

Put something thin or the old pads over the piston and use a pry bar if you can't fit a clamp in there

Well as far as I can tell this is a pair system, not an egr so all it does is push fresh air into the exhaust valve to help burn the gasses. So it seems it would make sense for it to be open

The tank has its own canister that it vents through. Looks the same as the one that the unconnected hose comes from. I duno, this damn hose is confusing the out of me. Of course when they add all this emissions junk they neglected to make a diagram for it

Haha you're definitely right on that one...like my scooter pollutes sooo much compared to a car right. I've been so annoyed with all the CARB regulation junk, like the plug I had to drill out on my carb and the totally lean tuning it came with, and the mess of hoses now. Once I get a block off plate its all coming off.

Do you mean this other canister that vents from the gas tank? Theres nothing attached to the bottom right now, and the unconnected hose as shown reaches and fits perfectly over it

The lighting kinda sucks but it goes to the pair canister right above my exhaust, then from that canister to the pair.

Ordered it! once I get it and install it ill let you all know how I like it. It certainly looks nicer than the "performance" exhausts you see on ebay for like 80 to 100 bucks. Those just look kinda cheap. Hopefully this one is ok, the price is hard to beat!

After messing with my carb I noticed this hose from the pair system....where the heck does it go? Or is it just open to the air? It seems to run normally with it not attached to anything on the end shown.
