The problem, of course, is your stator is not generating enough power at low RPMs to power the H4s. Either live with it or upgrade your stator. Thank you rcq92130

I have a 2011 (modded to a 83cc Bbk with all the normal mods ie. Cdi, coil, a9 cam, cone filter ) 4 stroke Gmw 50cc brand scoot. Upgraded to new 9amp battery a few moths ago from stock 7amp. No problems with new battery. Bike has ran fantastic vs stock with new mods. Heres the problem: I recently and correctly installed 35w H4 bulbs. Stock bulbs were 35w halogens. The new H4's dim when engine is at lower rpm's and seem to operate correctly when engine revs up. Is there anyone here that has corrected the same problem themselves? Could you elaborate? Or, someone with knowledge of how to "fix" my conundrum with the proper part. Heres a picture of my voltage regulator.

Has anyone any experience making muffler "high flow"? I first will drill out rivets carefully. The second step will be I imagine removing some material from inside. My strategy is to make a "high flow" muffler. Any thoughts? Do you have any experience first hand or second hand stories on this modification? Pic of donated muffler. I have also the same muffler in new condition.

Behold: A broken 50cc stock lower pipe. Hope this interests some gearheads. I was surprised when I saw it. My father, an experienced mechanic said that most motorcycle pipes are like this. As far as having a pipe within another exhaust carrying pipe. .[br The pipe had been wrapped in heat wrap before it broke.

Which one? The one at the end of the pushrod? Or the one inside the drum? The one on the pushrod may or may not have a lock nut or a jam nut that needs to be loosened first. The one inside the drum is more likely a victim of age and decrepitude due to being in close proximity to dust, dirt, and water. Just gotta squirt some stuff in there without soaking your brake shoes. Ive recently hooked my rear brake back up after doing an engine rebuild. I adjusted it at the pushrod to have manufacturers recomended travel at the brake lever. Ithe rear brake after a few hundred miles seems to have very little stopping power, even when rolling backwards down an incline. Please explain what the one ( adjustemnt i presume ) in the drum does.

The Gmw or Wolf brand 50cc scooter has 12" wheels.
On Fl streets, the only thing to avoid is the dreaded man holes.

You really should investigate that heating issue flordia... Like rcq92130 said the plastics shouldn't have melted. I have a similar setup from the same company (Scorpion) and I have rode for 16 hours straight in one day with only 10 minute stops every 3-4 hours and none ofmy plastic melted man and it was a very hot day... So considering a similar setup from the same company can run with less heat (and btw it takes a LOT of heat to melt those plastics, they are made for heat) that goes to prove your setup is running too hot. When i got the scoot used, the piston was "hot seizing" due to the valves needing an adjustment. I was having to wait 30min till the engine cooled off so I could ride it. My point is: im not able to speak to my scooters previous owner so I can find out what issues the bike was found out to have in relationship with the melted engine shroud in the manifolds area. Nowhere else on the shroud is it melted or warped. I believe the exhasut was loose for a long time causing the melting. *** my Scorpion bbk is running fantastic! I think you misread my post. I have a tachometer and the sparkplug looks good. I am wrapping my exhaust in an effort to move the hot air from reaching my air filter, and also because I think it looks good. My shrouds have NOT melted in any way since installing Scorpions 100cc bbk.

Have been painting my scoots plastic with rattle cans. Krylon white and then a clear coat. Alot of time spent prepping surfaces. Wet sanded with 1500 grit before spraying Krylon clear. Gonna wait and buff it in a couple weeks and then wax it.
Subscribe to my thread! Ill post finished pics and maybe a video.

This is what i bought. m.ebay.com/itm/141693392435 I figure I can wire my scooters existing wires to the tabs on my new h4 35w 12v bulbs and expect them to work and not melt my housing. Does anyone see any problems with this? I know that they will fit in the existing holes with the metal clips no problem. Bingo. I use a 65/55 w H4 without a problem (but i only use it at night 'cause the high power is more drain on my OEM stator than I want - have a simple 64-chip LED for daytime riding). Check with GEH - he followed suit, but he has DUAL headlights. Until he gets his 11-pole stator installed he has only one of the bulbs hooked up - still WAY brighter than the crappy ChinaBulb. Suggest you go to Autozone (or any place) and get an H4 plug. Permanently wire it, and then you have a normal clip on / clip off socket for your H4. My scoot runs both bulbs at the same time for low beams AND high beams when I press the button for high beams to come on. What will happen when I press the scoots high beam button? Anything?
