Im trying to buy h4 bulbs for my scoot. Either eBay or scrappy-dogs Im guessing that I will need two prong bulbs. I will choose either 18 or 35w models 12v h4's Anyone see any problems with my choices? I have a 2011 gmw 4 stroke 83cc. I have a 9 amp battery. It came with a 4 amp I believe. Thhe bulb in the picture is a 35w.

What do you think of this? What is the dichotomy? It's hard to tell with the focus so off. I would say it looks a little rich, but again, it's hard to tell with the picture so poor. Ok, nice go! Go once more.

It runs good. Ive rode it 75 miles so far. The tachometer was a blessing. I tuned the carb without and then with tachometer. Turns out I had been previously setting my idle to 3500rpms. The low end acceleration is very noticable compared to stock. I weigh 220lbs.

So I bought a 2011 gmw m1 with 5500 km or miles ( i dont know which ) and have recently installed a eBay Durham N carolina sellars Scorpion brand products. Here goes: 100cc bbk A9 Cam Round air filter 38mm Performance coil Orange CDI box 19mm Cvk carb knockoff without adjustable needle. # and also have # mainjets Installed # 38 pilot Heat wrapped exhuast manifold because engines plastic shrouds are melted a bit at the cylinder head and the heat wrap ebay product is cheaper than the $24 for new shrouds. Im just trying to move the hot exhaust gases outta my air filters area.

I had trouble installing the copper gasket. I used some scotch tape to stick it to the foil gasket. I used a ciggerette lighter to melt the tape so as to not "bannana in the tail pipe" ala' Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop.
I initially used never seize on the new exhaust studs. I reinstalled them using maximum strength Red Loctite. I have experience with this product on my full suspension bicycle.
I installed the exhaust nuts with medium strength Blue Loctite.

That type of connection is mainly used for the solenoid (that round thing) or battery. Black to black, red to red....... I maybe wrong just a guess...... Why did you need a new starter? I just installed a bbk with a9 cam , uni filter, cdi, coil etc. What does the wire connect to? Any idea? Yes it starts at the round piece. What is the name if the round thing? Is it a solenoid?

New starter installed. Cant remember or locate where i connect wire to. Help me please. I have a very small screw that connects it to.... Idk Also, this wire is coming off the "round piece" that is located next to the cdi on the right side of frame. Round piece has two "plugs" coming from it. What and where does it connect to?

I found the specs in my owners manual for front/rear wheel. Theyre both 80ft lbs.

What are the torque specs for my rear wheel? My beam style torque wrench goes up to 75 lbs.
Can i break loose the 17mm nut on my rear wheel without a impact gun? Im thinking about using a breaker bar to get the nut off. I will put it back on with a craftsman torque wrench that goes up to 75lbs.
Also, what are the torque specs for my variator and clutch? Its a 2011 gmw m1 50cc converted to 100cc.
