Behold: A broken 50cc stock lower pipe.
Hope this interests some gearheads. I was surprised when I saw it.
My father, an experienced mechanic said that most motorcycle pipes are like this. As far as having a pipe within another exhaust carrying pipe.

The pipe had been wrapped in heat wrap before it broke.
