If I had a bike under warranty leaking oil I would be on the phone immediately. Why on earth would you just accept it?? Make them fix it.

Wow seriously! The engineers who design engines assume it will rain. You will not get a measurable amount of water past the "cylinder seals" Water is a normal part of combustion. Change your oil regularly and you have nothing to worry about.

Normally it seems like the bike will run a little better in the rain if I notice any difference at all. Your intake should not be scooping a lot of rain it should be pointed back... Motorcycles are waterproof and rain won't affect the performance all that much if at all. You shouldn't really care as you should be easing on the the throttle and generally not checking for peak performance...

Do you have a multimeter? You will need one to check to see what is draining your battery when the key is off. Have you tried disconnecting the negative cable over night to see if it will start when there is no chance of overnight draining. Perhaps the battery you have is too small...

WHY ARE YOU YELLING? All caps is considered rude btw. Anyway replace your battery. Or better yet have it tested. It is likely bad if it can't sit over night without charging. You may also have a key off draw... I'd start with the battery

My only question is why? If you are upgrading fine but why not just run it like it is. New top ends on A bike is not preventative maintenance. Spend your money on some nice gear if the bike runs fine leave it alone.

It does seem like a loose connection an the main power line. Replace the fuse or test it with a meter Chinese fuses are known for their deceptive nature.

1800 is closer to where it should be. Not enough info really to diagnose. Does it wander once it sets have you already set the valves right and adjusted your mixture screw? Vacuum leaks after those
