Moe
As a child, he played the part of "Smelly", a tough kid, on The Little Rascals until he killed Alfalfa (or rather, an orphan portraying as him) in a fit of rage for stealing his bit and was fired.

Wendy broke the hoe. She wanted a new one, one with a metal handle and not another with a wood handle that rots. I've been replacing mine with Brazilian Teak. 3 times as dense as White Oak. Unbreakable, although I have bent up the metal part of the shovel since installing them.

This is my first scooter, after having been a motorcyclist. (not counting 2 death-defying weeks on a 50cc that I had to drive on the only highway in the Keys)
I've never been a wheelie guy or much of a hill climber. I'm not a drag racer type, whether it's bikes or cars. What I enjoy are the turns. This is why I'd never put a car tire on my scooter. Car tires aren't designed to be ridden on their sidewalls.
I like to test my balance. I plow through sandy trails around here & fishtail my way through the deep stuff. I look forward to stop signs now, so that I can attempt to come to a complete stop without putting my feet down. I'll look pretty stupid if I ever fall down but at least I won't get hurt too badly.
What's the best part of your ride?

scooter said; Tell me about the helmet The helmet I chose seems more aerodynamic than some others that look a bit like astronaut helmets. No aerodynamics needed in space. My Evos will be able to protrude from the dart that I want to build without creating too much of a drag. I bid on two eBay auctions for a different helmet but was outbid by "private" accounts every time. Seemed shady so I went to Amazon.

nothing compared to a down puffer style jacket which as like a factor of seven better than Thermolite. ... I wore that jacket for a walk with my dog at 50 degrees with just a T shirt under it. I was covered in perspiration after an hour. That jacket is a bit of overkill for 50 degrees. I'll bet it's gonna be pretty sweet at 30- degrees.

I've been shopping for Winter scooter gear for here in Florida. I ordered a Herringbone Cashmere scarf for only $7.45 shipped. Fighter pilots wear silk scarves because you need something very soft or you'll aggravate your tender neck skin due to your head contantly being on a swivel, as you search for potential enemies. Cars are my enemy but Cashmere should be soft enough. My insulated brown leather gloves arrived just now. $14.60 includes shipping. I like them! I'm still trying to find a cheap deal on a fairly decent full face helmet.

Welcome to the Moto Brotherhood.
I've had mine up to 64 but that is not GPS. I rest my foot above the brake pedal. I try to stay far away from cars so I don't expect to need it very much. The steering is not an issue for me. I lean the bike instead of turning the handlebars, even at fairly slow speeds.
Ya, 10" is pretty small. I'm trying to get a 50cc with 13" wheels, front and back!

I ended up doing the deal for the Jeep. I also got 2 lawnmowers & a nice chainsaw in the deal. I screwed up when selling the Jeep. I put it on Craigslist for $950 & people were flooding my computer with emails. I should have said $1400 or best offer. New deal in the works. I used to collect loose emeralds. I'm trading most of them ($300 worth) for a non-working scooter. It's got the chassis & motor I'm looking for for my streamliner project. It's a 2011 Taiwan Golden Bee! 49cc 2 cycle with 13 inch wheels & dual disc brakes. It's geared for only 45mph top speed but is supposed to have great acceleration. Review

That does not prove it is NOT the gas cap unless of course you had the gas cap cracked open during these times. Have you adjusted your valves by the way? Is this a Helix 244cc motor or a Linahi 257cc motor? I ran this last test with the gas cap OFF. No, I didn't adjust the valves. Still kind of afraid of messing them up and I didn't think that was the problem since the bike restarts immediately and runs fine for another 6 or 7 miles. I'm not sure what motor it is? The motor, wheel and all was replaced on this scooter. It says CFMoto on the side of the black cover that is visible on the port side.

They used to have a hose from the radiator to the top one and the bottom one back to the radiator. BUT they are not used anymore... Wow. I never would have guessed that. Thank you. I have also just confirmed that the gas cap is not the problem. Cut out at 4.5 miles the first time, 5.5 the second & 6.5 the last time. I just hauled a 5 gallon gas tank in the passenger seat. That big backrest is great for helping to secure large cargo items.

OK. The bottom of the gas cap was very clean. The top was very dirty. I'm not sure if this tiny hole was block or not before I cleaned it up. It's very possible that it was blocked. I also peered deeper into the bowels and noticed not one but two nipples without any hose attached. They are just below that short piece of drainage hose we talked about. Should I connect them with a piece of hose?
