Avon is a good brand as I too first thought " the makeup company ?" but a few guys at CycleGear swear by them . I would get a matching tire for the front

I started my kids on the right foot as my oldest already has a preapproved letter from Harvard as she has been on the honor roll her entire life and wants to be a lawyer

NOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!! RainX works ok for auto glass but NOT for your shield . I tried it and it fogged up worse . I had to wash it off with hot water . Scotts Antifog from CycleGear does work great . I just got in from riding and its coming down sideways . I could not see more than 100 feet at tines but no fogging of my shield or eyeglaasses

Yes glove can be your best friend when its cold and raining . Make sure to get leather waterproof ones Like my Bilt Hurricanes which have a 5 year warranty for 50 but often half price . CycleGear has boocoos from 20 to 60 as well as Apline Stars for 220 yikes . I like how my have a lil sleeve which prevent water from getting up my arm .
Yes Frog Tog is what I was thinking as Road Toad was a model from the Hodaka Motorcycle Company . They had other colorful names like Dirt Squirt and Combat Wombat . My older brother had a Hodaka back in the 70s

Make sure to change the engine oil and gear lube ASAP as most have junk . Use any automotive 10w40 in the engine and 80w90 gear lube in the gears . My scooter dealer told me some like many Peace brands they have gotten needed the valves adjusted out of the crate . All 4Ts will need it done at least once . Mine got loose and would stall just before coming to a stop at 2,200 miles but ajustement it was new again and I now have around 15,400 trouble free miles .
Change the oil and gear lube again at 250 miles as when new you will see ring dust in the oil from the break in process . Check your warranty as for mine the first oil change had to be done by my dealer to avoid making the warranty invalid
Check to see if you have a generic belt or a Gates . If it is a Gates your in good shape if not I would replace it as the generic belts are known to not last long and break . Bando is another brand and is what I use on my scooters since they are made in Japan instead of China
EPA has then restricted to where the carb jetting is too lean with some having the carb bowl and airfuel screw sealed . You can get an unsealed carb for as low as 30 which is a great idea and easy to install larger jets in too .
Ride it around until it is warm and then adjust the idle speed with the screw on the carb . Only adjust with it warm or hot as when cold the enricher will be making it idle higher

In SC they combine MC and car on the same card rather than having one for each driving class .
So Florida has a course for scooters only ?

Back tires will wear out before the front more so if you have a passenger . I replaced my rear around 8,000 and again with a front tire too at 12,000 along with a new Bando belt . I still had tread to go but I like to keep my tires with meat on them rather than ride a slick or maypop tire . My Magnum with 4,200 or so miles has the stock tires with the rear good for at least 3,000 miles as the front has not as much wear . I will be going with Pirelli SL26 when its time as my dealer already ordered them for me . I suggest getting your tires balanced as it was beyond night and day different with the bounce and shimy gone when I was going highway speeds . My Magnum has the street knobby style of tire that has a knobby bounce like old school minibikes . I kind of like it but I am sure the Pirellis will be much more of a smoother ride as they are also rated for up to MPH beyond what it can do . When I had streetbikes like a Suzuki GS550 I found Dunlops were the best tires IMO . Michelin makes great car tires but oddly I only have bought a single Michelin tire on my Tomos Bullet , a pedal moped and darned if it did not blow out within minutes and was not overinflated . The cords burst . Many have posted they like their Michelins so mine must have been a fluke as Michelin has several plants and their corporate office in my town and I know for a fact they xray every tire during the inspections before allowing it to go out . I have Shinkos on my Echarm and I am happy with them as the ChengShins were junk . I had them balanced around 600 miles as even though they are 16s which are more stable than my old scoot with 10s and are more motorcycle feel they have a V shape rather than U so only a small part of the tread actually makes contact . The CS tires also had a zig zag pattern in the middle and would have a wobble effect when going over uneven surfaces like a patch . The Shinkos have a straight line in the center and WOW was a major improvement in handling and ride comfort . My Magnum with 130/60/13s is so stable even in a gale that I can ride with no hands even in a turn with no stress . I do prefer the feel and ride of the 13s as to me a true scooter experience is on " doughnuts " or fat tires . The Echarms 16 is 100m F and 110mm rear and not the proportion of width to height (80 ) as that of the 13s I have not purchased from here www.motorcycletire.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc? but they have it simple to find tires by size and have a good selection . Many riders also like Kenda brand of tires , but since I have not owned any I can not comment ether way
