You maybe kicking too hard and that helps break them . the longer bolt and nut may help . If you have to kick that hard and that many times . You might want to look into another problem .

This will not pass , there is too much money at stake . If you white line and have an accident , you get nothing because it is not legal to lane split . Now if it were legal to lane split and you have an accident , now the insurance companies they have to open up there wallet . They will weasel and only pay a percentage , but they will have to pay .. The same people that made the laws about you must have insurance , are the insurance companies them self . Via our elected officials . John . Ah, I agree with what he said... And it's just plain dangerous, no matter where you do it... Yup! If you've ever seen a rider shooting between lanes, and have a vehicle switch lanes JUST as the hapless rider is passing by... Well, I have, and... It ain't pretty!
Leo in Texas
Under current law if the driver did it on purpose then said i didn't see . He walks Scott free and so does his/her insurance company . Now if it were legal to whit line it , if the cage bumps with the side not the bike rear ending the cage . The percentages change , the cages insurance is opening up the purse . John

ok your asking about signals do the signals do anything when when selected or turned on . try again with just the key turned on . Stick to the signals, switch, flasher and interconnecting wires . worry about all the other wires at another time .

MA get a little colder than NYC , but I will tell you if I go back to the 35 main jet . I will will have to prime my fuel system to get my engine running below 45 degrees it takes 3 tries to get it to idle in the 20's . I do not ride when there is ice on the roads .

get 2000 on the clock before you change anything besides the oils . Depends where you buy it from it almost sounds like it could have different parts on it . One of the less expensive vendors offers a limited warranty , if you pay to upgrade its a twenty dollar difference . Stay with the vendors with banners here . By the way the rollers are I think 15x20 .

Jerry , I worked on the Cassini and the Bintelli both are very impressive the Bintelli does not come with 16" wheels . The cassini has 3 phase stator and dc cdi . If I remember you have a fuel injection kit , put that on that scooter I bet you would push 70mph .

It is called "switched power" it energizes turn signals , horn , electric start and brake lights . when the switch is turned on or put in the run position , the red feeds power to the black , then it spiders out .
