Sometimes the only thing you can do is laugh at yourself, I don't have anything missing, but I do have diabetes and with it I have neuropathy, I usually have trouble walking, like I'm crippled up, once I get going its not so bad (I feel like an old man, well I am 60 lol.

There should be a line from the front of gas tank to either the fuel pump or fuel filter, there is another line from the other side of gas, it should be going to the vapor canister, the one going from the engine is the vent hose, it should be hook up to the air box.

I use air impact wrench from harbor freight, on my variator and clutch it works great. (no problems)

It is good to know where to start when adjusting the a/f ratio screw, and Alleyoop is the one to ask, but if your having troubles, I think the most important areas to check before that adjustment the a/f is made is, check Vacuum lines, air filter, fuel filter, intake and exhaust for leaks, many times when people are having trouble, the first thing they do is jump to adjust the a/f ratio screw before checking those areas I mentioned

What kind of impact wrench did you use? eletric or air? You could use a breaker bar. I agree with scooter elements, I use WD40, spray good and let set for awhile before trying again.
