howdy, I have a visitor that smokes so goes out in the back at night. the first night she came in shaken and said there was a big raccoon that sauntered up and inquired how she was. another night a skunk came up and looked her over and said it was going to bed now and went under the deck she was standing on. I don't think we will be feeding them on purpose.

howdy and welcome to the forum. I had the hd200 but not the evo and I found it very nice on local roads and even short bursts on the freeway. welcome

yup leo, I found the grand vista would seem to not gear down going from flat to long hills and that put the engine down out of the power band. I would therefore guess that slightly lower weight rollers would help that though perhaps drop your top speeds as well. it's tough to know without experimentation.

howdy, it was 36 degrees so out for a ride to Portland and return. it was still 36 degrees after four hours and a chicken fried steak at hales in Oregon city. and coffee at pappys' greasy spoon café in canby. I turned the heat up in the house to warm up. it's a toasty 68 in here.

howdy, I do like this forum and appreciate jr and doug etc an their work. I have noticed we have less ride reports than we used to and maybe that's something that could be worked on by the members. when we write up a ride and add pictures It is like all the rest of the readers get to share in that ride as well. I certainly like to read those write-ups.

howdy, whereabouts in eastern Washington are you? I was raised in the tri-cities and just moved here to Oregon a year ago. I have been eying an 1100 gold wing interstate for 1750 nearby to do some major moving about like a trip to Alaska up the alkan. I would discourage using the 150 for that especially since a neighbor just bought one and is having nothing but problems.

howdy and a bad news story to go with the leaves theme. here in the Portland area, we're burying a couple girls who were playing in a pile of leaves when an airhead decided to plow through it with her suv. she and her boyfriend who was riding with her, left and tried to repair the damage so they could be not found as the perpetrators of that carnage.
