Hi badateverything,
I have a Rowdy 150. 17 grams rollers are too heavy for this scoot. I replaced stock variator to HOCA performace 115mm one and put a 13 grams rollers. also replace belt with powerlink gates one and you will see the difference.

Hey bud, i've got the same scoot. Rocketa has the same scooter under model MC-60-150. Here is a link to their web site: www.roketa.com/product/2/0/25187.shtml On that page you can find parts diagram. Give a call. You can order it from them. Regards, Alex.

you need an air breezer filter and some kind of oil catch can. otherwise your filter will be clogged with oil.

i purchased that belt from the same guy. it was good for about 2K miles, then stretched and started to vibrate. possibly because i was using 11G sliders and my scoot is too heavy. otherwise this belt is ok.

I had this problem just recently. After 2K miles my belt stretched and was dragging against CVT cover on speeds over 40 MPH. Belt replacement solved this problem.

it wasn't a bit. it was really bad. lucky me i had a new spare belt. it vibrates a little, but not touching inside of the CVT cover.

for past week i was experiencing very strange vibration when going 40MPH+. besides the vibration it felt like something is pulling me back. yesterday i've decided to check my CVT. even though my belt visually checks fine and it's only 2K miles on it i replaced it. vibration is gone. what i found - belt was stretched and on high RPM's it was touching inside of the CVT cover. i'm so relieved, cause i thought it would be engine issue.

Warm it up and see how it idles as you may need to raise up the idle speed . Did you remove the bowl and both jets when you cleaned it ? Any intake , vacuum or exhaust leaks ? Cleaned the air filter ? The pecock may be worn and not delivering enough fuel at idle since vacuum is much less than when riding I had absolutely the same issue as you until i adjusted valves. problem is gone. it starts and idles even with closed choke.

from my own experience this is not really a good idea. i tried it, and it was overflowing my carb. if you decide to install it you also need to install a pressure regulator.

[replyingto=leshka71]leshka71[/replyingto]Followup: I just did my 20 miles ride to work. OMG - i can't believe it. Before valves adjustment - max RPM - 7200; max speed - 55MPH. After - 8000 RPM; 60MPH - top speed. Steady temperature - 215. I think if i put back my heavier sliders i can get even more top end speed.

[replyingto=davec]DaveC%20%20[/replyingto]Hi Dave, It's actually made by Znen. SSR, Rocketa just import it and put their names on it. Rowdy is good, but it's still a China made. So don't buy & ride. You have to do a good PDI. My suggestion - retighten all screws and nut (preferably replace as many as you can). All fluids have to be replaced - god knows what they put in at the factory. Stock belt is good for 3K miles. Check brake calipers. My front one was stuck. Had to polish it and put some grease. Brake master cylinders - site glass started to crack after 6 month. I replaced them with mineral crystal watch glass. Here is a link to my other post with pictures: advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=710880&page=15Let me know if you have more questions. Regards, Alex.
