You know the two long bolts securing the cylinder and head to the case?(Not the 4 holding the camshaft down)
Well one of them was previously over torqued and broke when I went to tighten it. I've been riding with it out and it has an mild oil leak, but is fine.
Anyway, Do you know where can I find the bolt or a set? I know the second one is close to its end too.

That's only one needle. I have one, I just need a set for tuning.

So about 3 weeks ago my needle jet randomly broke inside of the carb and fell all the way in blocking the gas passage. Long story short I replaced it with another"One setting" one and it was too lean. Bought a carb rebuild kit and the diameter of the needle seems too big and is restricting it. Where can I buy a set of needle's or one that is known to work good? I have a keihin clone carb and of course the dealer say they don't have any spare pins. Its running restrictively lean not destructively. All my plug chops look the same and are good, maybe because of the type of plug? According to this site the spudder I get means i'm rich?? Don't know how with an jet and the needle clip at the second to top setting.

You can always tell when its overheating or lean though. Its not like a silent killer, your bike will show symptoms.

Put the egr stock head back for inspection it will run fine. Will this raise compression? More than likely will loose top. Not worried, just curious.

Holy how did I miss that. Somebody told me they tested bikes too. Probably a shop getting over. Happens all the time over here.

I don't think their looking to see if its hooked up, I think their testing the actual exhaust gas. Over 39cc and its treated like a full blown Harley here.

You mean put an egr head on for the test and switch back? I'm not really following you.

Stupid laws here require this little bike to be registered as a motorcycle thus needing emissions inspection. Having clean air being sucked into the exhaust seems to be the best way to go. Just can't find egr heads unless its a stock model

Follow the gas lines to it. maybe attached to the bottom of the tank and can be unscrewed, or its along side the frame and is probably zip-tied. Just put it out and replace the same way you took it out.
