thats odd
try buying a new EVAP bc it delivers fresh air to the motor and it may not be venting correctly

for high alt think its thinner air so my guess would be get a pod air filter to suck more air and find ur air to fuel mix screw try to lean it a little good luck

if its not a 2-stroke then its robbing power and just get a pod filter and open exhaust then u should be fine if anything air/fuel mix

for me i LOVE my 100cc bbk really its a 80cc but it has a 50mm piston!!! stock is 39mm rollar weights help alot re jet carb (some include) when buying a bbk just buy one with all upgrades included like a9 cam and a performace exhaust (match ur scoot) unlim cdi pod air filter a must with new exhaust always use octane (cleans and runs smoother) so go for the 100cc bbk with most stuff included (ur gona buy them anyway if not) after that then u can get clutch and springs but i hear it isnt that much difference unless u change final gear which isnt easy kevlar are long lasting and help performance Variator (lets belt ride higher =more top end) hope that helps

valves are the fisrt thing to try then look for ur compression 2 biggest things i always had problems with
also take the carb apart and clean ur jets out with wires it can be from sitting and gas clumped up
