well most stock scooters take FOREVER to get up to speed unless modded and maybe ur oil/gas mix may be off not my cup of tea for 2 stroke but im throwing ideas

when i go over 40mph mine gets highrt pitch its just my RPM screaming also bc i have a Blue CDI unlimited rev)
and when i slow its normal so may be ur RPMs thats what mine do

carb cleaning to start then fuel lines and filter hould be replaced

u never wana go to crazy like a 5 and a 9 gram for instance when u mix

as long if there rollors not mix with sliders
but u have to inter lace them like 12-13-12-13-12-13
if u put 13-13-13 12-12-12 u will warp or break sumthing

also i chopped my turn signals of and out LED strips to save on power and it looks bad there purple ;D
and when my muffler braket broke i used zip tiesssss
and ur batttery i had a set of wires touch and it would never start so look around a little

ebay but ur better off buying a new bbk kit thats cheaper i got my second bbk for $50 on ebay i just needed a bigger head but now i have spare parts so i dont have to wait it will pay off eventualy with stress trust me
or just buy a gasket set but make sure its the right size

i use liquid gasket everytime i take it off to adjust my valves and put it back on

my bet its the valve cover mine always leaked bc it had a striped bolt or needed liquid gasket
also bad head gasket
