Changed the front wheel bearings and adjusted the valve settings. Intake was OK but exhaust was way off! Really pleased with the performance now. It's not that comfortable driving at 75 mph with 13" wheels...

Piston failure, or maybe crank failure but that would probably cause a bit more damage to the engine case.

The upper part of the shock with the attachment is not moving up and down. The center pin in the shock goes down into the lower part of the shock when it's compressed. The only way the top part could be moving up and down is if the bolt is to small. By the photo it looks like your cap has come loose and that it's not fitted to the spring, but I'm not sure...

I don't think the clutch is wrong. It's the variator! The belt is riding too high on the variator, it's not opening and closing as it should. You need to take it apart and check the weights

Changed variator weights and took the scoot to work today. No problem at all to keep up with highway traffic (60-70 mph). When I take the scooter to work it's a lot smoother when I drive home. I want be stuck in all traffic queues.

Some modifactions was needed but not that much. First I messured where I could place them so they wouldn't hit anything on the inside and made the holes. And then I got two gauge houses that fitted the lights perfectly. Test fit And attached them to the plastic cover with epoxy Side view This gives me great head light. When I tried them I was really surprised how bright the light was!

Normaly you only need extra light when you switch to high beam. I replace all dashboard, indicators, brake, number plate lights with led bulbs, that gave me enough power to install two led cree lights which comes on when I switch to high beam.
