What should I adjust 157qmj valves too?
Manufacutere says .006-.008

That works but try .05mm or .002in, works great on every gy6. .08 you will have a lot of valve chatter and slightly lower compression

I adjust my 157QMJ to .004 inchs on both intake and exhaust. Alleyoop

Cool,I have them the in at .005 and out at .005 because it always tightens faster.

I set mine at .003 intake and .005 exhaust

Mine are set at .003 and .004 exhaust less valve noise runs great

I would just cheat and cut some strips of 20 lb smooth bond paper to use as gauges to set the valves. Set the exhaust first barely snug and the intake a bit more snug. Local scooter shops just cut a soda can into strips and throws them away as they get beat up.
