Did you let it run for about an hour before trying to ride it? Hope you did. Me personally...id break it back down, observe, and doubble check everything.
From what I understand, if your ring gaps aren't 180 degrees opposite from each other, gaps over the oil holes. Things can happen. Or it could be something totally diffrent, and ill learn something this thread. Because..."Things be happnin"

You don't need to and shouldn't let it run for long periods of time. It is an air cooled bike, not a liquid cooled bike. I had the same issue and it ended up being the head. Replaced it and all was well.

Concerning closing the Fuel Ratio Mixture all the way and the motor is still running. Have you checked the idle the IDLE SCREW may be holding the throttle to open it should be idling only about 1500 rpms. Also did you by chance CHANGE the PILOT JET on it? If so what size did you put? If a to big of a PILOT JET is put in that will cause it to get to much fuel all the time. Alleyoop

alright it came with main jet and 33 pilot jet and i drilled the 7 1/2 inch holes in the air box but i will see if i can get a open air fliter, i do try to set it about 1500 rpms but i cant seem to figure out what that sounds like i have no tach. Also good i didnt think i would have to run it for an hour i have never heard of that but what happened to your head that it was bad?

Burning oil, not good. Sounds like you'll have to tear it down and try again. I would check the rings as mentioned - gap, positioning/offset, the order they go in, how they're seated on the piston...

Now... Is this consistent oil burning? When I FIRST ran my BBK smoke came out of the exhaust and it smelled like burning oil. Well... That's to be expected when you use a quarter of a quarter of a quart of oil lubing up the piston, rings, cylinder walls, etc. After about 10 miles the oil burning and smoke stopped and I haven't seen anything smoke-like come out of my exhaust since.
I could very well be wrong and this is a serious thing to be concerned about. It might be in your best interest to tear it down and try again. Just like CopperDeer says.

so tore it down and the oil scraper rings were almost parallel and there wasnt a big gap in compression rings so now i did a 180 degree offset with the compression rings and 40 degree offset with the oil scraper/oil rings

50mm kits do not run right with an airbox i always run open air filters on kits bigger then 47mm I run an airbox on Fawkes, always have, when he was 95cc I just drilled 3/8 holes on the underside of the cover ( Drill them one at a time till you find the sweet spot ), this way the air still flows thru the filter, but to the world it looks stock.... Right now he's 83cc and I'm still using the same airbox... You can run 83 or more and still use the airbox.
