so tore it down and the oil scraper rings were almost parallel and there wasnt a big gap in compression rings so now i did a 180 degree offset with the compression rings and 40 degree offset with the oil scraper/oil rings

alright it came with main jet and 33 pilot jet and i drilled the 7 1/2 inch holes in the air box but i will see if i can get a open air fliter, i do try to set it about 1500 rpms but i cant seem to figure out what that sounds like i have no tach. Also good i didnt think i would have to run it for an hour i have never heard of that but what happened to your head that it was bad?

i probably will open up the carb and it should run good with the higher jet with the bbk i am thinking. what did you do for your exhaust and did you paint yours flat black it looks good. when you got yours was your rear rim bent because that is how they sent mine i warrantied it but still they are fun and so worth 750 bucks

oh for mine i took about a foot long 1/2 inch drill bit and drilled through the exhaust hole straight through all the baffles and it adds more flow and sounds decent i gotta make the exhausts hole a little bigger to not sound like a wierd kind of lawn mower though i want a lower tone

In my opinion I would use dot 3 that is what is used in almost all cars today and unless you constantly are applying your front brake (Only hydraulic Brake on most scoots) you will never get close to boiling your brake fluid. I hardly ever see cars with boiled brake fluid and they take more pressure (heat) to stop than a 200lb scooter. Another note is Brake fluid absorbs water which causes corrosion/ deteriation, that is why it goes bad if you leave a container of brake fluid out uncovered it will be contaminated within hours, personally I wouldnt use an opened container of brake fluid that is a month old. The fuse should be in a plastic sleve and be a long cylinder glass fuse I switched that to a micro fuse on mine. good luck

4. what do i all need to get for the bbk and where do i get some guidance on here like threads or anything?
Thanks in advance for any help

Sorry i did do an oil change immediately i flushed over 30 minutes like 5 qts of 5w-20 oil through then after it wasnt dripping anymore i added my 10w-40 castrol GTX conventional oil, i have lucas 75w- full synthetic gear lube which i am going to do monday after work. i think im going to try to see if i can save the carb and slot the anti tamper screws and tune it that way. I have been tweaking the idle (while hot) so we will see where that gets me. I did get an alarm with remote start for it off ebay for $23 bucks and its awsome i dont use the remote start its more of a gag joke around my work everyone laughs and says so leave it running with the forklocked and people can ride in circles lol. The alarm part is great though. I do really like this scooter though its awsome!

Ok, so I got my scooter yesterday unboxed it put it together, replaced spark plug NGK, fuel filter, and fuel line, PDI'd the whole thing and drove it. I have put about 60Km on it (37 miles) and its great. Only issues I have is it came with a dead RR turn signal which is the bulb as the FR turn signal works properly, and I have to hold the throttle to keep it on and give it some gas when stopped or it will die. It may be from the cold but I dont know i am going to try adjusting the fuel through carb and idle next week.
This thing has good get up and go I did get clocked at 38mph last night not trying and i still had room to go but I didnt want to push it to hard as I have to break it in. It handles well and sounds pretty quiet which is nice. SO WORTH THE $750.00 I have invested so far
