Are there any restrictors in the pipe or are you just drilling holes to allow more flow?

Most of your flow restriction is in your head pipe. I would "port" the inlet on your pipe where it meets the head, there is usually quite a bit of flow to be gained from it.

oh for mine i took about a foot long 1/2 inch drill bit and drilled through the exhaust hole straight through all the baffles and it adds more flow and sounds decent i gotta make the exhausts hole a little bigger to not sound like a wierd kind of lawn mower though i want a lower tone

Get a universal FMF exhaust and mod it bracket wise to fit sounds like a Harley. Cheap as and the best.
