Come GEH FAIR SHARE!!!! So what is it only applies to Americans? FAIR SHARE!!!! EQUALITY!!!! HANDS UP and stuff .... Did you see were the inner city students and parents are complaining because a very high percentage of the students cannot pass their classes , so they are complaining because its too hard ! They want there schools to dumb down the education so they can pass , lol . its everyone else's fault , not their own . Rant on---------Thats funny cause we already have one of the dumbest education systems in the world,,the government has restrained us from way back,,they do not want us to get smarter than them...did you ever see how smart kids are in other countries compared to us,,like Japan or Finland,,some pretty smart fellers out there. With the internet now I have been getting smarter,,wish I had this tool back when I was a kid...had to learn everything the hard way then,,now we have all these forums, youtube vids, and google,,I saw a couple teenage boys get a flat tire and they had to google a video on how to change it,,what are these kids or this generation going to do if the SHTF,,I feel sorry for them... Sorry Rant over----------------

I would just find both ends and plug that thing up,,dont use the oil tank anymore,,just mix the oil and gas at 40:1 or so..much more reliable than that oil injector system IMO.That thing ever comes loose or the pump gets clogged,,goodbye motor,,and then your walking

Have nothing to compare with, but have been using the Dr Pepper glides since the scoot had about 400 miles (now 2700). Because i was mucking around with variators I put a new set in that have been lying around forever - but the old Dr P ones didn't show any wear other than the normal blackened surface discoloration. Wish I had not tossed the old ones or I'd take a photo. Will they fit on a stock variator bro? If so I am going to order them today,,just for piece of mind.

OK. Might take me a few days but I got you. Thanks a lot: 'Prolly less expensive and better quality than I could/would create. One wouldn't know that I also repair PCs, tablets, phones, gaming-system and other electronics along with providing extensive technical solutions. Not boasting: Just saying one has never seen my wiring technique on a scooter. Hahahaha! Or anything else mechanical, for that matter. Plug-and-go. I hear ya brother!! Im a radio tech by trade,,I repair RF amps, two way radios ect...I actually build amplifiers as well,,but there is more $$ in repair. Electronics has always been a passion of mine!Computers I can do also,,as long as its plug and play,,Im not a huge fan of dealing with SMT technology...

I have an air impact wrench that I never use. One of these days I should since I know it would make removing the variator, clutch & rear axle nuts quicker and much easier. BUT! I would not use it to tighten those nuts. I do have torque wrenches and use them. Doing repairs while out on the road could be complicated by not being able to remove an accidentally over tightened nut. And I have replaced a drive belt on one of my Reflex scooters while on a trip for camping in the Catskill Mountains of NY that required the removal of both the variator and clutch. (needed to make sure all the shredded bits were removed) I have always been able to remove nuts that were properly torqued with the wrenches/ratchets/sockets that I brought with me. No such guarantee if a nut were overtightened. I make several long distance rides on my scooters, so I try to make sure I can do repairs myself at the side of the road. That may not be as critical for those riding within easy retrieval distance of home. So whacking it off or thumping it on with an impact wrench might be OK for them. But I don't think I'll risk thread stripping, snapping bolts or being unable to loosen something while traveling..... But that's just me. That's the whole point of the " 12v 1/2in Emergency Impact Wrench", I store it under my seat and have a cigarette lighter power adaptor so I can change a belt on the side of the road in less than 5 minutes flat! I can get a 840 belt on and off without removing the variator,,that extra 5mm really does the job,,you just need to squeeze the clutch super hard to get the belt down all the way to the bottom...couldn't do it with an 835.

The 18v ones are so nice but I cant afford that price,,,I have an old electric 120v 200ft lbs one from Lowes,,it works great for doing everything from mower blades to wheel lugs,,never a task too hard,,only problem is you are limited by the size and the cord or voltage supply...
