I want to do this, thinking about running a nice looking conduint nex to the frame. For the wires and totally modding the body. Remove most of the plastics, like a ruck.

Hey, my petcock, brand new, wouldn't open up enough for the bigger jet # ! So I had to install a manual one. Prolly faulty petcock.... it'll be hard to turn over also so you will want one of those orange ignition coils, and a 9amp battery. It'll crank on the first hit! I have the same Airsal kit from SPI. My exaust notch on my pistonthe edge was ground down to the main part of the piston in a v shape. Wonder if I should see if I can get another one.

Well ok, cool! Ill pay close attention at diffrent temps. But it was a smooth alternateing tick tick tick tick sound but much louder than at say 35mph. I wasn't too concerned because it runs great!

Well the good news is that after droping my needle, the bikes actually faster on flat ground. Seems it was getting too much gas, flooding out slightly, weird, but the speedo went past 40 almost to the half way mark to 45. Its about 1 mph faster than gps.
I'm gona lower it all the way and see what happens...
At any rate, when the speedo was reaching 40 it sounded almost like the valves takeing turns in and out.
I have a blue cdi, no rev limit. Could the case be I was reving too fast? And overworking the engine?
My yamaha c3 would get up to 50 downhill and didn't sound rough at all. These gy6 engines sound crazy at high rpms!

Ask and you shall recive, just what I wanted an older model zuma.
He wants $650, no way! Blue book is $740 excellent condition.
Here's what's wrong with it...
*Reasons why the price is so cheap*
-No center stand. -You have to premix the gas with 2 cycle oil. (About 2-3 ounces per tank) You could service the oil injector, but I think premixing is better because you know for sure that the engine is getting adequate lubrication. I don't always trust oil injectors. -The plastics have some scratches/holes/imperfections. (Doesn't affect performance) -Speedometer/Odometer are broken. (Reason why odometer reads only 1600 miles)
I bet I can get it for $300!
Ill pitch what it will cost to fix it at him and the Kelly price, I bet I can!
