I captin, but the dilithium crystals in my CDI prevent that, the blue one with the heat sink, ya dilithium crystals....most ppl don't kno that

I had the same issue, it was low vac at wot. Not enough vac for petcock, I went manual. Problem solved.

They look brand new one has a 70cc bbk. He said $1800 for both. But according to NASAD or whatever its called their only worth 855 excellent condition.

check diafram needle in carb, could be too high. Mixing in too much fuel.

Ok aparently its just some "burr" in the float pin jet. It rides now and holds air. Just reamed the edge of the jet just ever so gently with a nail. This is on a 400cc carb btw. Sorry couldn't post it any where else.

Ok the pin that rides on the float, the lil rubber is keeping the needle from droping back down. Stopng the bowl from refilling after filling. Is their any sort of lube or something? That can help graviity drop the needle...
Or would some working it in the "jet" to cause some wear, and help loosen it up? Sounds riskyy...

Ahhhh, good point! I've never done any eletrical, but done a lot of telecom and hvac. Hardly ever used condunit.
