Did you also replace the rubber? The fuel and vacuum lines? Did you check for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner?
Does it bog when revving it up on its stand or just when you are on it?
Did you drain and replace the gas with good premium fuel? Can you see the fuel flowing through the filter?
Did you check the spark plug how it reads?
Make sure all electrical connections are good, especially to the coil.
Trying to think what else it could be. What is weird is I don't hear a bog, a vraap, or back fire. So, it sounds like a restriction, like your electrical is shutting down or restricting spark. Can you get a vid of the phone closer to the exhaust and engine when you rev it on its stand?

What do you mean big hole forward? The big hole should be on top with the 2 small holes as close to aligning to the head, while aligning the T mark. Perhaps take a picture and share.
Then make sure the valves are correct.
Do you have good spark? Did you change the fuel filter? If so, is it facing the correct direction? Did the scooter run well before the bbk?

He wasn't on vacation for me. Our experiences are true and accurate. This is the place to share vendor experiences. Scrappydog supports with advertising and people report things as well, but Scrappy has communicated back. That's my experience. I have also seen Scrappy post on the forum recently. They also ship fast. Again, Enviromoto does ship slow. There are other places that do sell NCY products and will ship them sooner. There are other vendors that have a warehouse of NCY products and entire staff so the professionalism is there even if someone is on vacation.
Also, remember, Jeremy Hall did NOT communicate back to me when I was trying to work with the CDI I got from him. I was a loyal customer and that's why I ordered a 2nd time. However, I have learned my lesson and this forum is the place to share.
So yes, today, I would not order from Enviromoto. Might it change. Maybe. However, based on my recent experience and it appears from another also, I would not order from Enviromoto.

I will add to this and say that he has the slowest shipping of any vendor I buy scooter parts from. Ordered from 3 seperate places including enviromoto last week. The other two places stuff arrived then later that night I finally got a tracking number from enviromoto. Ah, so it isn't just me. He does ship really slow. There are other vendors that provide NCY products that ship much faster. Today, I would say avoid Enviromoto for anyone else thinking about ordering from them.

I'm only 3 hours away from Enviromoto and still slow shipping and this is recent. After visiting Scooterworks I see how professional and staffed they are. I should have bought my NCY parts from Scooterworks.

I ordered from Scrappydog, Enviromoto and I have been to Scooterworks in the past 2 months.
I have good things to say about Scrappy and Scooterworks. I actually went to the Scooterworks dealership/store here in Chicago and they also have a warehouse. Remember Scooterworks owns Genuine scooter company. Very professional. Very nice. Genuine uses many NCY products in some of their production models as well.
Scrappy stuff I buy on ebay. It's usually cheaper, it includes shipping, and they ship really fast.
Seems like Envriomoto is 1 guy trying to re-sell stuff. So I haven't received the best service from him. He also ships slow compared to other places. His prices aren't the best either.

As you all are aware. This BBK Has been vrapping and hesitating with no ammount of $ thrown, solving the problem. And its been up jet will fix it, I tell my self, others tell me, my dead unckel came to me in a dream and told me! But with the # jet and bypassing the petcock. Its smooth sailing, their is a slight backfire hear and their, but it doesn't fall flat on its face. Its either too low vacume at wot. Or faulty petcock. I am going to go up to a jet and get a manual petcock, $15. Knowing where the issue is, priceless! Good job of sticking with it. Unfortunately, sometimes it just takes seat time to go through the symptoms before zeroing in on a diagnosis. You have already gone this far in updating, keep that up too

If your going to use clear over the paint you had better wait for a couple weeks I just painted mine with Krylon paint/primer the paint looks awsome but when i used the Krylon clear the next day it started to wrinkle the paint off so I waited a week before i could use the clear and its been in the to 100 degree weather and I let it set in the sun everyday So after waiting a week for the base color to dry, how did it turn out with the clear?

Yeah, I thought so too and reading about him in the past is why I went to him twice. In the present he just isn't providing the good service I heard about. I don't know what the reason is why Jeremy has not been helpful or as quick to send items, but this is suppose to be the place to share.
Also, Scrappydog has been very forthcoming in their company status, progress, and communication.

Have any of you tried Rustoleum's or Krylon's clear coat? I've been reading that rattle can clears aren't that clear and if improperly sprayed, like too soon after the base coat, it can wrinkle or lift the paint.
I was thinking going down 2 roads after sanding and minimal body filler (wjere scratch gouges are deeper)
Rustoleum -Plastic Primer -Rustoleum Enamel -Maybe enamel clear (wait 2 days to spray)
Krylon Fusion for Plastic -Primer (maybe use Rustoleum plastic primer st least where there is body filler) -Base Coat -Krylon Clear? (wait 2 days to spray)
Thoughts?

Sounds great! Do you have a pic or video of how the retro exhaust fits and sounds? There are many exhausts out there, but I want one that doesn't interfere with the body panels.
