As you all are aware. This BBK Has been vrapping and hesitating with no ammount of $ thrown, solving the problem. And its been up jet will fix it, I tell my self, others tell me, my dead unckel came to me in a dream and told me! But with the # jet and bypassing the petcock. Its smooth sailing, their is a slight backfire hear and their, but it doesn't fall flat on its face. Its either too low vacume at wot. Or faulty petcock. I am going to go up to a jet and get a manual petcock, $15. Knowing where the issue is, priceless!

for a 50cc you don't really need a petcock. The fuel flow from the tank is good enough, esp if the tank is located above (not besides) the engine.

Unfortunately, sometimes it just takes seat time to go through the symptoms before zeroing in on a diagnosis. You have already gone this far in updating, keep that up too
