Hi all, So, within a month I purchased 2 of Enviromoto's Power Pack for the 139qmb. I also bought 2 NCY CDIs and 1 new carb. 2 separate purchases for 2 different scooters. Thats over $400! The first time I ordered, it took him more than 3 days to ship the stuff out and not until I contacted him did he tell me that he was out of an item and had to wait on it. I ordered on a Tues morning and hoping to get it by the weekend. I am only about 3 hrs driving distance from him. Well, he didn't send it out until Friday afternoon and I was hoping to do the install over the weekend. The 2nd time I purposely emailed him on a Monday if he had all the parts in stock and he said yes. I wanted to make sure so I could get my stuff to install on the weekend. Well, I got a response the next day and ordered. Again, not until I asked about the shipping did he tell me he was out of stock on something. He put into Google wallet that he shipped the item on Thursday afternoon (probably just got shipping label for it). Well, he didn't get it to the post office until Friday afternoon again. Shipping wouldn't normally be a big deal, but I have to use a different address for the weekend because of where I am going to be. His packages have to be signed for with USPS. Both shipments arrived on Monday and I had to drive to the weekend locations to pick up. THEN!!! The NCY CDI that I purchased didn't work!. I emailed him, sent him pics of my wiring, sent him a video of the CDI not getting power with the key, and he tried to tell me that I had a DC system (again 50cc 139qmb scooter), and that I ruined the NCY CDI (AC). He then reiterated his no return policy even copy and pasting it. I told him I didn't want a return, but wanted an exchange for a working CDI. Nope. After ordering a DC CDI that didn't work, getting help on this forum to clearly identify that I have an AC CDI (which confirmed what I thought), I emailed Jeremy Hall TWICE if he had the pinouts for the NCY CDI so perhaps I could work with my wiring to make the NCY CDI work. NO RESPONSE TO THIS DAY! What's funny is I get more responses and better customer service from Scrappydog. I mean, they email you if they don't have a part and it's estimated arrival, I canceled an order with full refund, items shipped next day, and you can get some of their stuff cheaper on ebay. I paid for 2 CDIs that don't work on my scooter and Jeremy Hall is ignoring my emails. Funny is he is quick to get back to me if I am asking about purchasing a product....

Yeah, I thought so too and reading about him in the past is why I went to him twice. In the present he just isn't providing the good service I heard about. I don't know what the reason is why Jeremy has not been helpful or as quick to send items, but this is suppose to be the place to share.
Also, Scrappydog has been very forthcoming in their company status, progress, and communication.

I will add to this and say that he has the slowest shipping of any vendor I buy scooter parts from. Ordered from 3 seperate places including enviromoto last week. The other two places stuff arrived then later that night I finally got a tracking number from enviromoto.

There are other vendors that provide NCY products that ship much faster. Today, I would say avoid Enviromoto for anyone else thinking about ordering from them.

I wouldn't say avoid them, Jeremy does have good prices and his shipments are usually correct. I just wouldn't order from him if you are in a hurry for parts. As kspower says, support those who support the scene!

He wasn't on vacation for me. Our experiences are true and accurate. This is the place to share vendor experiences. Scrappydog supports with advertising and people report things as well, but Scrappy has communicated back. That's my experience. I have also seen Scrappy post on the forum recently. They also ship fast. Again, Enviromoto does ship slow. There are other places that do sell NCY products and will ship them sooner. There are other vendors that have a warehouse of NCY products and entire staff so the professionalism is there even if someone is on vacation.
Also, remember, Jeremy Hall did NOT communicate back to me when I was trying to work with the CDI I got from him. I was a loyal customer and that's why I ordered a 2nd time. However, I have learned my lesson and this forum is the place to share.
So yes, today, I would not order from Enviromoto. Might it change. Maybe. However, based on my recent experience and it appears from another also, I would not order from Enviromoto.
