Lucky for me that I found a 6203z bearing locally for $6. Eagleatvparts.com lists the entire swingarm assembly for $40.

My bearing deteriorated over the winter of salted roads. It semi locked up and reduced my speed considerably and made ghastly noises. Now I will replace it. FunTimes!

I put to much gear oil in my TaoTao once and it leaked until the level was proper and the it quit leaking. 110 CC is what it takes, any more than that then out the vent hose it goes.

I remember the duck and cover drills as a child. I dont think that it would make any difference in an actual nuclear attack though. I only pray that common sense prevails.

All pretty much the same as in built in china,However Zhen is one of the better ones, and if motorino is zhen built would be about the same. Roketa would be a tier lower I would think.

What Alley said. If enough rope was left inside the cylinder,it would trash your engine the instant it started. Foreign material inside your engine is not a good thing.

Intermitent usaully means electrical . I would start with the starter button switch as it is the most exposed to the weather. After that I would suspect the starter relay. If the battery is marginal that could also contribute to the problem. I have noticed that china electricals can be very weird indeed.

Hello all,I am Frederick from Indiana. I am a long time scooter rider because I very much enjoy riding them. Over the years I have learned a thing or two about china scoots, and would like to possibly contribute some knowledge to others. Currently I ride a stock 2010 Tao Tao CYT3 (13000 china kilometers) and a 2003 Vento Triton R4 (12000 china miles). I do my own maintenance on my scooters and so far they run good.
