gy6 swap in a kymco frame. wildfire motor 20mm carb with drilled out  jet to make a little bigger. open air filter. 6 gram rollers 10 inch tire on back. makes for more speed. ![]() [/img] |

is there room to get a dremal pit on the bold to make a slot in it so you can get a screw driver on it.

sometimes new heads have a factory coating on theam that needs burned off after being on the road for a while. you my be lucky and thats all it is. just take it easy and dont ride full wot for a while.

I still have a battery I picked up cheap at walmart payed maybe 35.00 for it , and for the last year its been running of distealed water. When my batterys dry up I get another good year out of theam by adding water to theam . It works.......

The red wire that has the fuse on it is the one that charges the battery. just go threw and make sure all the wires are clean and tight make sure you have no bare wires hiting the frame.check your fuse to. check all wires all you can locate.

mixing weights is ok. But stay close to the same size. like 3 -5 and 3- 7 going to big of sizes will make the belt ride a little off and wear down faster on one side. you wana try to let the belt ride even.

sounds like whats going on with my scoot to. Im thinking the pedcock is stuck open and it lets to much gas in at one time so the scoot will bog down.

I was in the middle of a gy6 swap and the wireing is hard for me to do so If the right price comes along ill sale or trade for running scoot the moter is a 50 cc wildfire motor with less then 59 miles on it. I have a lot of spare perts from a kymco 50 cc and other gy6 parts take all for 500,00 Attachments:
