The problem with most "200's" is they are actually 170's. In looking at the description of your ride, I'd say a 170 injected would do the trick.
I've had new riders start with a 250 and have no problems handling them, and others where it was just too much scoot for a novice. To me, a KYMCO Grandvista felt cramped , but for someone 5'3" it might be ideal. At your height and weight, the most important thing is that you feel secure at a stop. You don't have to be "flatfooted", but you should feel secure even on your "tippytoes"
Perhaps you might be able to snag a late model Vespa 250, again an excellent choice.

Keeway is/was an upper tier Chinese scooter that met the same fate as many others when the US was bombarded with a ton of low-cost scooters in the late 00's. Not being able to compete on price, and having a limited distribution network, Keeway essentially pulled out of the US to concentrate on more profitable markets.

Personally I really like the 16"wheel scoots. The ride is so much nicer. We sold a gazillion of the 14" CFMOTO scoots in their day. For some reason, we didn't have much luck selling the 16". I think it has to do with the fact that new riders are drawn to what they perceive as a "traditional" scooter and it takes a seasoned scooter rider to realize the advantages and comfort of the 16" vs the 12" or 13".
Again, personally, I'm not wild about the Style#5....but I learned that what I think really doesn't matter....it's what the customer thinks, and that style was probably one of our biggest sellers.
Case in point, when we got our first shipment of SYM's, we got one in every color. I thought the " powder blue" was the butt-ugliest color on earth. SOLD it within 24 hours of it hitting the floor.

My only concern with BMS is that they don't have a Chassis # 5 style offering. We sold a ton of this style because it really fits a TALL and/or BIG rider. As for the Premier 150 ... great styling, everyone loves it, but tough to sell especially to women because it's so wide and they have a tough time straddling it flatfoot at stoplights. Just some observations from selling scooters for 8 years.

It's a Honda cub clone, ala Sym Symba. The Symba is great little bike...made in Taiwan.
These are made in Korea and that price-point is sweet!
Go for it.

You couldn't have made a wiser purchase, especially for a new rider. You'll love the Honda.

When we had our scooter dealership, we found it cheaper to get our Amsoil from a huge distributor than it was to become a dealer. There is an annual fee to remain a "dealer"

If I remember correctly the 150 Lance has a dealer cost of right around $750. If you are a drop shipper and have made a deal with a shipping company to handle all your business, you're looking somewhere in the 150-175 range for shipping an individual scoot. Most of my scooters were shiped out of either Dallas or Southern Florida. I'd buy at least 5 to get my per unit shipping cost to $60 or so. Tao-Tao has about 5 distribution points across the country so they are one of the easier distributors for drop shippers.. While a B&M dealer would want to make at least $500 on the deal, many dropshippers are willing to work on $100 or so. I'd doubt that you could get a shipper to ship it back for under $300. The one thing you have going for you is that if it's back in the frame and you were able to get the cardboard secured, you might find a Uship member that might do the job for less. However just because you ship it back is no guarantee that the seller will give you your money back without a hefty restock fee. But look on the bright side, you probably got it substantially less than a local dealer would have sold it.
Good luck.
