New Doppler performance Reed Block. Installed but never used. I decided to go with my Hoca Performance Intake and Reed Block instead. Aluminum cage so it won't warp when hot like stock plastic ones do. Also rubber coated to create a perfect air tight Reed seal. $28.00 shipped. Attachments:

Sounds like the lock Tumblers need some lube. Use Silicone spray or Lithium Grease spray. WD-40 will loosen it...but its lube properties don't last long. My best advice from a guy that used to sell new Scoots...but now I just do parts/repair. DO NOT rely on your steering lock to safeguard your Scoot. We had 5 brand new ones stolen in 18 months. On 3 of them they cut the chain or cable...but on the 2 that just had the steering lock...it was easier for them. My neighbors watched as they simply had 2 guys pick up the Scoot and load it in a truck! There are MANY vids on youtube where store cameras catch guys doing this. Cutting the chain or cable took them longer..10+ minutes the neighbor said...so she could call 911. But of course that took them 30-40 minutes to get there..and we only lived 2 miles from Police dept!.. Secure that thing to something solid..like a Kart Corral at the store...a steel post...anything. Use a Kryptonite 'U' shaped lock or Kryptonite Cable and lock! Forget your steering lock even exists..don't use it. Let me tell ya one more reason why... the steering lock is merely a piece of welded on sheet metal.One customer could get his to unlock when I went to his house to fix his ride. He turned his Handle bars all the way left..then snapped them to the right quickly...and it sheared the steering lock off. I have seen 4 Scoots brought in for repair after being stolen..damaged..then recovered. The 4 of them had that sheet metal steering lock sheared off them. So I tried on an old Scoot we had...even my lil 145lb body was able bust off the steering lock on my second try...just a good hard yank is all it took...  So lube your lock and fiddle with the key...as they often get stuck or are very position sensitive. Once unlocked...use a real solution cause those things are a complete joke...and thieves know this...  |

DX I got 2 of the Airsal 50mm BBK's from them. One is new in box...other is on a customers Scoot. BBK with stock head..up jet with all else stock..and it still outruns his brothers 52mm kit with all the other 'Bells 'n Whistles' he put into it.  |

After installing new bulbs..you MUST wipe them clean with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover and wipe dry. The tiny traces of oil from our skin and all those that have handled the bulb before we get them...will cause a 'hot spot' on the Halogen Bulb. This will shorten their lifespan dramatically..  |

What is this..and what does it do?? Ran across it while browsing for Jog parts. It is labeled as a 'Jog Flasher'.. Ok...but flasher for what..turn signals??? Seems like a lot of wires and plugs for a Signal flasher as all I have seen are either 2 or 3 prong connectors..  |

dont forget the head plays a huge part with the airsal...BIG VALVE.....and port'ed properly by me buford for scrappydogscooter.thanks I bought one of your heads for a 50mm Airsal kit I had on a Peace Sports B09. Power increase was unreal!! Good looking head..nice work too..a Machine Shop would have charged me twice as much for the labor alone.. |
