The same thing happened to my taotao cy50a when I got it new ive done lots of things like set valves Try different variators, etc. but it still makes that annoying sound. It runs great too

I'm thinking that instead of buying a new motor to just put a naraku crank, new bbk and variator clutch springs etc. because then I would get to work on it more and I would get a higher quality bike in the end.

My velocity scooter is reaching very high miles 12,6xx and was not maintained early in its life so evrything is worn out, it burns oil crank is not knocking yet but I am going to wait until it does and either change the crank and piston or drop in a new two stroke motor and I was wondering if that is possible?

People call my scooter gay or something like that usually they are on crotch rockets or whatever and my response is that there bike is called a crotch rocket and they wear leather when riding it and when i ride my scooter i wear normal clothes and sit normally. People insulting my bike are usually losers and it doesn't bother me.

If you need I higher quality crank try the naraku hd crank for the gy6 50 it uses needle bearings instead of rod bearings so it can handle big bore kits better.

I have a taotao vip with 805 km I have broken it in properly and used only premium gas and changed the spark plug to an NGk iridium. It will idle really slowly like at 900 rpm then goto 3000 it cannot stay inbetween there. It runs perfect otherwise tho. Any ideas?
