I'd start with plug wire. Make sure the boot is on properly and that it is maKing a good plug connection. Next would be fuel check the line to see if it comes near the motor anywhere or has a low point where it might get a bubble. After that check the fuel peacock vacume line if it has one (don't remember) then the carb F.I. neck for air leaks then the stator coil wires and stator

Replace CDI with a non rev limited CDI replace roller weights (I prefer sliders some don't) not sure stock weights on them but would suggest maybe going up a gram or 2 haven't done efi kit so don't know on that. bbk does wear on the engine parts like the crank, I would suggest new hd crank or at least new hd bearings (what went out in mine) to make up for wear of you go bbk and still want reliability. Also change case oil (power flush if possible) and rear transmission oil cause them clones are dirty inside from the factory usually. Also change to a better plug cause they usually are the super cheap crap ones stock

I need to learn to be awake when I post. Chang all my measurements on ratchet and adapter sizes to the standard ones. Wow did I really type that *facepalm*?

so looked up burgman 400 sliders flipping and found all the threads about it. Looks like it has to do with dust and slight hang up of movement in the plate or the sliders themselves or during installation. And it just raises rpms at cruising (not horrible) when it happens. But it also doesn't seem to effect everybody. so I shall take my chances and see what my results are. I really like the lower rpm's at highway cruising and the better control on acceleration in city and takeoff so that to me makes it worth the risk.

Already did the change. The ones that were in there weren't bad so keeping them just in case 26 13 20g Dr pulleys. Really has helped in the weather we are having here. Not as torquey on takeoff so less wheel chance of wheel slide in bad traction environment. Also dropped my higher end rpms and for me that is great. If they flip I got tools and older rollers (look like also Dr pulley) to take care of it but no problems so far. You are the first I heard of that had slider flip though and I read up as much as I could before deciding most I seen was unusual wear from the edge of the variator plate cutting into then

Well when doing an initial body strip to Look at air filter and what not I noticed a few cracked non fluid lines that I taped up for now. Sits running smoother than it was and acceleration is better as well. Next is sliders in the variator and valves adjustment

Also if you notice in the slow motion he taps the brake in the turn, really bad move there, foot down and breaking while in full lean as well as trying to turn into turn instead of counter steering. This is why no matter how fun it may seem at the time showing off is a bad idea.

Let see,I have rode in temps as low as 10F just the other day was riding in 15F temps with a regular wind chill of -6F before added scoot speed of around 45mph. I really wish it was 65 here would be so nice.

Got mesh armor gloves as well just didn't get picture of them. And yeah loving it, put about 20 miles on it so far before the snow started falling again. Half way home on my first longer journey it started showing.made it home but man it sucked.at least I know I can manhandled it if needed to keep it upright. Boy did it suck though

So temp tags came today and despite it being 22 degrees out I definitely rode and have to say I love it. I have to get used to the throttle a little coming up from a 50cc cause I barely need to get on it to get up to speed limit but man it's nice. Love that feel of being able to go. Don't care of my fingers are half froze now either lol. My gloves need a little more insulation. All I can think of to say really tough is yay and I freaking love it.

if it has the original belt better get a new one for when it finally goes. Yeah it sucks to be a distance from home and snap goes the belt. Had to walk a distance pushing my scoot once cause of that. Thought I could get more out of the belt and paid for it
