Tools and equipment to work on the scooter has become more and more, over the years of owning a scooter. This is not all the tools. There is still the battery charger, jack, and still tools needed like impact wrench. But it takes a collection of tools, oils, ect... to work on it yourself. Ya Leo, I know what you mean. I can't find all my stuff. LOL.. But I just moved about 2 months ago. So my stuff is probably in the spare bedroom in boxes still. Some in basement too. Oil and gear oil.. One tire needs placing on rear of scoot and other tire is a extra to be placed on after other wears out. It want happy until after winter, due to $4 per gallon propane. That will kill me...

I like the idea of being able to fix just about anything on the side of the road, so about the only thing I don't carry is pullers. Here's what I ride with daily, and it's pretty much all I use for anything on my scooter.
Tools I carry: 1/4" drive socket set with 3-14mm sockets and extensions 1/2" drive socket with a few of the larger needed sockets Multi head screw driver Several box/open-end wrenches Allen wrench set 12v impact wrench with sockets for variator and clutch Multi tool Feeler gauge Needle nose pliers Vice grips Duct tape, plumber's tape, and electrical tape A few shop towels (use them as padding to prevent tools clanking around)
Spare parts I carry: CVT belt original stock CDI ignition coil and wire spark plug fuses light bulbs hose clamps screws, nuts, and bolts zip ties zip lock baggies
All of the above fits under my seat with enough room for a couple of books or a large bottle of soda etc.
Scooter tools in the garage: battery charger/maintainer air compressor pullers torque wrenches breaker bars various oils, greases, brake fluid, and other lubricants enough spare parts to build another scooter (not really, but I'm getting there!)

I need to learn to be awake when I post. Chang all my measurements on ratchet and adapter sizes to the standard ones. Wow did I really type that *facepalm*?
