My bike does 36mph stock just got it, coming from a 4t. what kind of performance gain am I looking at if I upjet, perf exhaust, filter, cdi,coil, reed valve, lighter sliders,no bbk.

Ya but if it's not a straight shot he will need a dremel to angle cut the pipe I would say just use washers and impact it on there. but thats just an opinion. Ya have a valid point.

try some washers and a long bolt like the guy above said. i had some problems mounting my exhaust too mainly with the support bracket i needed to concoct a little brace like the guy above's picture. my bolts lined up fine but you will get through it dude. I recently had to take my exhaust off and put the stock one back on because I was getting too much air flow and it was bogging the engine down maybe when I get a big valve head I'll try it back out.

looks awesome. i'm gonna get a big valve head too for my 50cc. do you have to measure the valve to piston gap and what do you do if its too close?
