this normal for 22 miles on the engine. doing my bbk and noticed a significant black see pic.  thouhgt it might be the oil i got from auto zone. |

 2 up and 2 down can typically yield up to 15% depending on whether you swap primaries or secondaries. 32% gearing..with a 40% increase from the BBK looks good on paper...well PC NotePad and PC Calculator..these days nobody owns paper anymore. But you have to as alleyoop said you will need higher rpms. Then you have friction(inevitable on earth except in a vacuum) i.e. gear friction..tires rolling resistance. Then Mother Nature tosses in wind drag..which is not calculated in a linear fashion. 32% is really steep. Yes I know the folks on the phone told you to get the set you are getting. But is best to do your own math and instill your own knowledge than to take advice from a person that takes phone orders. That is what made Ron Popeil so wealthy with his company..'Ronco' It is his sales pitch. Also false statements that he invented the product. Ok he is an inventor..BUT..the items he sells are not his. Inventors in China sell them to him...that is why they are so cheap and... "BUT WAIT...if you call right now I will send you a second set ABSOLUTELY FREE" He can afford to..Chinese stuff is low cost.  Anyway that 32% is steep..so let us know. alleyoop...did the math..the set you are installing is as you know...very plausible...so also let us know how it comes out..  Glenn I was having problems getting th 14/32 gears shipped out so last time i talked to them i changed it to 13/33 which is good because i dont have to get the small gear pressed since it is already 13. that gives me a final gear ratio of an overall 10.1538 which is perfect right. 25% upgear on the mark. |

I'm just gonna put a fuel filter on the end and keep it closer to the top of the bike with a tie.

aprillia makes some of the fastest 2 strokes there are and there're all fuel injected. I really dont care what they do to them as long as they dont make an obviously great engine design extinct.

there out stock a lot of sites still have them listed but no stock and yes the motor will mount with no issue and if you have to you can always swap the stators, but i have a 1e52qmf which is a 52mm bore yours will have a 50mm bore you are right actually to be specific it says they're discontinued. |

hey dude you can find some roketa 50's at powersportoutlet.com but if you live in cali they will give you a hard time like they did with me seeing that they are illegal here. but i got it anyway just had to lie a little about details you know wag the dog a little. wont matter much anyway when i move to AZ. unfortunately 2 strokes are a dying breed and unless the chines start making fuel injected 2 strokes you wont see many on retail here in the U.S. Its an emission problem like the guy above said. believe it or not these bikes pump out more pollution than a suv. not that i give a care. sorry for the lesson.  hoca 2t powerpack, race cdi, per coil, and air filter. |

i actualy found the long case at monster scooter parts. could have sworn i've seen more of them elsewhere. i dont know. that would be the 1pe model i believe.
