plug isn't melted so looks fine to me. in all seriousness everyones monitor is different so gonna be hard for us to tell the color. look at it in sunlight to get a better idea of the true color but really i think it's fine. plug should be the first thing to melt and it's still intact. of course if those were all short trips then... It looks a bit greyer to me than what I thought it should be? i would probably go up a size if i was planning a long trip.

You may get around the amount you can sell so long as you are living somewhere that doesn't require registration of 50cc scooters. There is no limit to the number of bicycles you can sell, and scooters that don't require registration may fall into the same category. is their such a place in this land of the not so free?

That may not be as critical for those riding within easy retrieval distance of home. So whacking it off or thumping it on with an impact wrench might be OK for them. But I don't think I'll risk thread stripping, snapping bolts or being unable to loosen something while traveling..... But that's just me. i don't have/use these but if one was concerned you could use a torque limiter: www.harborfreight.com/12in-drive-torque-limiting-extension-bar-set-10pc-69870.html

Also my woodruff key is misshaped, and I was wondering could I just lightly sand it a little? I know it's going to not perform like new but my stator isnt working good anyway. Then my weird cdi bypasses a bad stator for start up. stator is under performing because of the broken woodruff key. i think you need a new key... it's in 2 pieces... no? the other half should still be in the crankshaft.

i've had rollers wore down so bad you'd thought they were sliders, lol. sure they rattled a little but still performed. those rollers don't look bad to me. did you replace them with new and it solved the problem?

many times small fragments of the old belt will find it's way into the clutch. when that happens your clutch won't function normally. remove the cvt cover and clean the clutch.

i'd pull the variator and inspect the rollers. Rollers look ok, dirty but not worn hmm, for whatever reason it seems the the rear pulley is having a difficult time opening. i would have suspected the rollers but since you said you checked them then my only thought is the clutch sheave (pulley, not sure proper name, sry). unless someone else has better advice, you'll have to take the clutch assembly apart to inspect.

agree with onewheeldrive. hopefully it didn't cause any damage and you can just replace it.

naw, i think it's like an electric fence... as long as you post warning signs you should be good to go.

i had same issue with my first impact wrench. took it back and got a cordless 330 ft/lb that did the job. it was a bit expensive at $120 but well worth it imo. www.harborfreight.com/18-volt-12-in-cordless-variable-speed-impact-wrench-60380.htmlone trick i picked up from a YT vid... if it won't budge, click the reverse and tighten the nut with a quick 1 or 2 second blast. then reverse and try to loosen. i had to use that method to remove my rear tire recently.
