Rich with a 112.5 my 60mm is slightly lean with a 115 I'm going to run a 117 with my 61mm when it comes in

All those upgrades on a stock motor and stock head will make it slower or the same speed. Bigger carbs and performance pipes need more cc put a big bore kit performance cam and a ported head on it and it will come to life with your mods you already have.

The 18/46 gears had good acceleration better than stock actually. But to reach 50 and beyond you'll need a big valve ported head along with performance exhaust. I ran mine with a 24mm carb no spacer some say its too big but the ports on the performance head are made for the stock 150cc manifold. You need to max everything to get speeds over 50 gears alone won't do it. Big valve head a9 camshaft 24mm carb uni filter hi pro exhaust work great together. Buford here on the forum makes the best heads they create tons of power. The head makes a huge difference in power and also determines the compression ratio.

Got me a ncy 61mm kit new cam and head on the way, tore my scooter apart today since its warm. I was curious so i measured my crankcase opening and its 64mm i guess i could of went bigger without boring the case, but never thought about it just thought the case was the norm 62.5mm.

with the valves set right and carb jetted correctly the wheel should not spin and the idle should be smooth, those things and a good cdi. The spinning wheel at idle ruins the clutch the clutch is fighting to turn but cant since your weight stops it, fix that, get a new clutch all will be good.

i'd let it go for 50 shipped its a keihin and looks to made for a 50cc. its new only installed it and tried it no miles on it.

I bought it for my 150 but my throttle cable is too long and it uses the smaller 50cc jets it seems its made for a 50cc

I haven't rode for four days the roads are snow covered well at least the side roads. Its been in the 20s scoots don't do good in snow and ice

Buford I took your head off put the hoca head on it before I sold it didn't let your heads go out the door. I'll put your head back on it when I get it back still have them
