Yes the carb you got is what comes on the 250s and 300s scoots. Those two connects on the side are NOT USED anymore on those carbs that was to try and heat up the area around the ENRICHER for cold starts. Those two connects carry hot liquid from the radiator and back and it just circulates keeping that part of the enricher warm. As you can see you can take the whole little system right off it is held on with a couple of screws.
Also notice where the FUEL RATIO mixture screw is UNDER the Intake and are hard to get at to adjust. While look at the one MILLSC put up it has the Fuel Ratio Mixture on the Left side like all your other common carbs. Normally when they say performance carb all it means is they come with a PUMP, as you can see on the right side the Throttle cable side. Now all that does is when you twist the throttle cable enough it pushs the piston down and SQUIRTS extra gas but only one squirt so when you crank open the throttle it feeds it some extra fuel so it does not run lean with the sudden opening of the throttle. But that is all it does OVER a CVK none pump carb. Alleyoop

i got it to work but only when it was warm. then my battery died. it runs good i do need to adjust the air/gas screw alittle. but i think i got it. what do u guys think of a manual chock
