wheel, swing arm and cvt back together if the head comes tomorrow it will be up and running hopefully.

No need to over tighten the studs they tighten up when you put the exhaust nut on anyways.

The head I sent was labeled as a big port tawain racing head, there's is no comparison to a professional hand porting over a machine made product. Best to get the head ported by a professional, getting out a dremel and making the hole bigger won't cut it. You can get a professional ported head from scrappys that Buford ports.

few pics of the piston at tdc looks perfect after the head and rockers have been on it for a few days. Thats with the spacer no gaskets.

Fingers work great for me, oil the mess out of the piston and jug, work it from the bottom to the top.

I have tons of tools just to work on scooters impact wrench all the sockets for it that fit the variator and clutch 50 and 150. The tools for flywheel removal and starter clutch for both cc. Have tons of metric sockets torque wrenches etc I have all the tools to build a scoot from ground up. Plus chargers

exhaust port out of the oven before pic, the head was already ported but needed tons of clean up. Buford can explain more

Its on the crankcase you can buy an crankcase that has the oil cooler attachment.
