Ital, I'm not here to put you down or make you feel bad but just being honest, this Head work is a total Butcher job. The Intake tract goes in then has Two Dip down dimples on each side of the Valve guide, This should be a Flat Transition into the Bowls, this will cause a Flow "Eddie". The Exhaust has been Hogged out to wear the sealing ring for the header pipe is essentially gone. Will never get the header pipe to seal, The Head is now junk. geh333 is correct in the Header Pipe Diameter will be smaller than the Exh. Port, Now the Head Pipe will restrict the entire flow. Sorry for the news but Best of Luck Hello pistonguy, when you said the head is junk what does it mean? what kind of symptoms would I have? I had here all together and she was running very very strong for a couple of months at least that is what I thought. I basically gained about 10MPH on flats and probably close to 15MPH going up hills, that is with all the mods put together. I did start to have some issue recently and can get my rpm past 8k, but I think it is due to the vacuum leak i am having at the intake manifold level. Thanks for the help!!! Bruh I've been following your project here from the get go, offering what I can. and Funny you bring this up as of late reading your posts of your buddy cleaning your clock with a std. bore/head gotta suck. and for bouts a week been thinking on that cyl head that I critiqued. Stay tuned

Go thru that Valve Adjustment. take your time Dbbl. Check your work by rotating the engine a couple times by hand and re-check. Report back

The stock engine buts out 2.4 kW or 3,1 HP and those are facts. I don't mind investing $215 parts and labor for the kit which includes 80 cc cylinder, piston, rings gaskets as well as new cylinder head with larger valves. The dealer is reputable and installs these kits with good reliability and a 50% gain in HP and torque. While rollers would make for quicker acceleration they do not compare to increasing the engine displacement. Will post results but I'm spending less this way than selling my scoot at a loss and buying a larger one. I have a motorcycle license anyhow. It seems people tell others not to perform certain upgrades when they have no firsthand experience want to hear from those who actually did the big bore mod.No offense meant Everything about BBK's are fun, from the purchase to the finished product. And if you question your skill or plain don't want to do it, right on pay the shop. do it up

I'm the og owner MFGD date of 5/13, delivery 8/13 just over 1,000 miles. Ive worked with allot of "O" ring type seals and it didn't fill up the groove on the starter like I would have liked it. I found one of three that made it stop leaking. I started large enough that could not be persuaded in and etc till fix. test rode the snit out of it, dry

So my 1fiddy has joined this summers club of She's Pukin Oil all over. Was originating from the top, just dumpin goin down he road, almost a steady drip. Well Lookie like the"O" Ring on the Starter. Ok.no problemo Remove "O" ring and magnified had no blemish?? fits kinda loose? ok Have complete gasket kit but NO "O" ring in there. WTHeck only can get "O" ring with new starter?? Match up at two Auto Parts stores an 30 cage miles later. De-grease with Simplegreen. Use ol painless to install Mod. "O" ring setup. Fixed!! I Lookie very carefully at the old o ring and the only thing I see is a casting type line, it fit loose to what I would normally like.

A simple fuel issue could be the culprit of your original "Bogging" before the valve lash adjustement.......... What you originally described seems like a fuel issue IMHO-- "I readjusted the exhaust valve back to .004 inch and installed a new spark plug. The scooter started right up and I took it to the corner stop sign for a short road test. It ran fine" This is what leads me to believe you maybe over thinking the issue of bogging originally. I maybe VERY WRONG, I hope others have better advice that suit your needs... Way Over-Thinking. Chill, relax, one tune at a time.

Yup, they are professionals "Street Racing" with cars not allowed on the street....... Not a lot of folks these days get away with breaking the law on video.......... Don't get me wrong, it's a cool show!!!!!! Just not really reality TV. Again, Much like Wrestling it's fun to watch. Ditto that Bruh. Makes for some smack talkin entertainment.

Nice! Cheap and True Free flow. As in the Intake these 150's like a free flowing exh. I like mine except for the Noise. sounds just like mine, ouch Theres allot of comparatively expensive Fake systems out there, First dead give away is the Head Pipe itself. look closely at the pics, advertising. Next the mfg should show you a pic of the free flow and the Serviceable Baffle.

You all do know this is much like wrastlin---- a Scripted Television show with Drama added to get views....... 1320 is a more " genuine " JMHO. Look it up...... A decent dragster should hit at least 150 at the finnish line. that would be around a 10 second car depending on reaction time....... Nah Bruh. Those Race Cars are 8 second cars. Motorsports is my profession. In 79 was running a 72 Vega, Jenkins based 331ci, sbc, tunnel ram, four link etc Low 10's @ 135mph My current late model CBR off the street will run 9. 's @ 141mph all night long. amazing you can buy something that fast from show room. and the Silverado currently runs with a 3:73 gear mid 12's @ 107.9mph. Real world reaction times to make the show would be .0----, you ant even make the program with a .1---- Ive pulled a couple .00 in my life and you know when you do you just turned on the Win light, race over at the start line
