Be no different running a Scoot on a Dyno with a CVT trans On a geared machine if you looked at a dyne chart in First Gear will be a Extremely Short Chart to Look at thats why we pull 5 or 6 gear gives us a long Chart to loo at, On a CVT the Reading will just show you s nice long chart with the CVT Maxed out as in the Video above.

Almost all the CV 24mm direct OE replacement are the same. should be plug-n-play..... I would Not recommend a Larger Carb (26mm). Without a Free Flow Exhaust. The Exhaust Head Pipe is Smaller Diameter than the Exhaust Port Is, If you want more Air and Fuel in One end you Need to do the Same with the Exhaust. Keep you intake Velocity Up with the Smaller Carb. I do have a 26mm on mine, Uni Filter and Free Flow Exhaust. and She runs Very well for a Stock Internal GY-6 150cc And Beware!!!! There are Fake 26mm Carbs out there, I have one and am vey embarrassed that it took me so long to discover, the Vendor is a Sponsor so Il keep it to myself. I have a Link I can provide showing the Fake 26mm Next to a Real 26mm CV carb, I can also provide a link with lots of pictures of the Head pipe. Oh and if ya pony up for the NIBBI 26 it is based on a Mikuni and requires Different Pilot Jets than what you may already have,The Pilots can be purchased from Jets-r-Us..

www.dansgaragetalk.com/topic/686-ankle-biter-nibbi-clutch-ncy-vari-upgrade/?page=1Go ahead Flame me, I have the for real Ankle Biter and couldn't be happier with it. The Only reason there is a Cover is to keep one Out of, that caused a problem with Heat so the Vari Face has a Fan on it. I don't really understand why so many think that the CVT is such a delicate system that just normal road dust from paved roads is debri that will cause problems. Look at other areas like Power Equipment, Got a John Deere gator right here with a completely exposed CVT under the tilt bed, many Mule type UTV's have No different materials than a Scoot for a CVT and they are all completely exposed from the underside and they Moosh around the Farm everyday. My Scootin started many years ago with tropical Dive travel throughout the Carib and South Pacific. Now Hurricane season it may rain several times per day, with these Islands at Sea Level the Streets quickly flood, I have many times completely Swamped GY-6 based type Scooters, The Entire CVT Cover is Filled with water, but not just Water, a mix of Salt Sea water and lots of Sand, take that cover off after a few months of that and its filled with Sand, with a Ankle Biter I can take a Hose to it. My Scoot never sees rain or dirt roads. If I did MX it I could take a Hose to the CVT and wash it out. How do I get that trash out a Cover?

Clogged Exhaust Port or Pipe is Common on Small Two Smokers. I would say the Pipe is Clogged some or something similar causing a Heavily Restrictive Pipe. If the thing has a Center Stand, Drop the Pipe just Down from the Exhaust Port and see if She Revs up fine if so Its the Pipe. Just do that n the Center Stand, Do Not ride the Scoot with the Pipe dropped down or off. Take and Post some Pictures . Good Luck.

btw, Neutral Drops have been Banned Forever at every Drag strip and sanctioning body if your in a Car for Obvious reasons. Ive actually never seen anyone do something so stupid on a bike, first simply it won't go into gear at rpm. If ya did hit the shifter with a sledge hammer she would go vertical, you couldn't get Over the Tank far enough on a HD to keep it down.

This is one of the most amazing fish tales Ive ever heard, Choppersquid at least make a good College attempt at a credible believable story. took ya a couple weeks to put it together huh? This notion of at RPM Neutral Drops by Hand at the Tree is Ridiculous, anyone who has Pulled starts either at the Drag Strip or MX track knows It is Not the Hot SetUp to at RPM Dump the Clutch, ya either Wheelie or Spin the Tire, there is No In-between. and Umpaloompa is doing a at RPM Neutral Drop by Hand. It Wouldnt even go into gear, and If such Miracle would happen the Bike would go Skyward if Hooked up or Spin if Not. even with my H-1 on homemade Wheelie Bars the Best Et's are obtained by Rolling out the Clutch As the Throttle Rolls On Controlling Both my Wheel Spin And Wheelie, This took great Discipline as to not just Dump the Clutch at the Go Light. Knowing some of us speak the engine math/engine language your Extremely Short on Any Details on How you made yours go, nada, nothing Grinding every other tooth HuH? Undercutting Gears has been around Forever, the proper way. Barnyard Butchery but then your type that actually purchased a 50cc 2-T Chamber and Bolted it to a 150cc Four Stroke thinking is some Hot Set-Up, the only explanation you could offer was "I had Special Clearance in the Army so I'm so smart believe me".. Some Zip found a container of these Chambers and Welded flanges to fit 150cc Four Strokes and you are gullible enough to Buy one , Only in Scooter Market do we see this. None of this goes anywhere with me.

Thinking about your set up ... If more fuel is better WHEN you hit the nox but you still want to run efficient at normal operation Try a propane tank With the small amount of nox available form a tiny little bottle like that consider a very short run of hose Maybe a foot switch? Any way looks like your having fun with it Ahh, good idea the Propane I kinda forgot about that one. ya with this or any Dry System on a Fixed Jet Carb were limited. funny on the foot Switch, I was conversing with another and we both said "Foot Switch" at the same time, Like Minds.. The Wet System will be all be contained in the Bucket I pictured under my seat. It Sure is ALLOT of FUN Pushing the Button.

You can make a cheap easy and reusable gasket out of thick copper wire Cut a ring a little smaller than the recess in the head anneal the ring to make it soft and flatten it out until it's just barely to big To fit then sand the gap where the cut is until it fits Sanding the gap is important as it helps to prevent leaks. File out any hammer marks and re anneal the ring. To reuse just anneal Booom!!! good Post right there. Get er Done, Chewy always does.

He Needs the Proper Compression Gasket, you act whip that up with gasket material. calm down there big guy i just say my opinion, if he will get that round metal gasket it's up to him, but this is the best in my opinion because after all we buy a chinese scooter because parts are cheap and try to spend as less as we can on them, i don't act like nothing but i see you do by thinking you know everything Chill Dude there was non of that intended, when it comes to repairing something correctly there are No opinions. unwad the panties, geeez..
