woodruff key looks looks like a 1/2 moon and slot has a half circle when fitted about a 3/16 flat stick out.

In the US can you see mom taking 4 kids to school in morning on scoots, dad wouldn't get any peace at night when mom got a hold of his ears. LOL

I was referring to hand pumping not machine operation. The stroke on break lever is so slight it would be hard to do. How many squeezes our hand would probably get cramp. The vacuum device would be quicker and for sure air would be gone.

Shipping something like that may cost half what scooter cost. You just may be better to send it to someone to fix then pay shipping. If you can get them to pay for return shipping thats 1 thing but your cost may be a lot.

Are ou sure the chain tensioner is good if chain isn't tight noise will be there and oil pump may not be 100 % pressure.  |

Anything you can add for 10% ethanol which helps burn better is a plus, all my lawnmowers and anything that i have with carburetors including my 300 cc Zodiac trike. Remember 91 octane or better. I run  never a problem with it. |

if you have air in lines you can't compress because air can't be. you need to open bleeder valve then compress piston back inside itself. Then put in pad then bleed out air because you get very little action per lever you will need to do it a lot in less you have a vacuum devise which will help you out a lot. Harbor freight sells them around 15.00

Did you try putting in good gas table spoon in intake of carb to see if it fires?

May try gas cap leave it loose see if gas cap is not venting right. try easier first. |
