Lots of luck with it I to have a new zodiac and believe it or not lock tight will be you best friend. When you get it don't assume it's ready to ride check every bolt, nut, check tires for true. Just because you think new isn't so check as much as you can.

Well after my PDI nellybell is ready for road took her out got her to 66 backed off went to 25 then back up to 60 for awhile the came down to 35 for a while back to 55 for a while the back to 40 took it home check oil still full will do it some more tomorrow then change oil only put on 40 miles tomorrow and change oil. Boy she never gave me a hiccup just wanted to go very happy. I believe she will stay stock it runs really great. Then next step will to take off nose plastics rattle driving me nuts. I'll try the suggestion putting weather stripping around it. He said you wouldn't the improvement it make that's my next job motor is so quite compare to the plastics. I hope it works better then the 1st nellybell Pat Brady was always working on his jeep LOL

I would check to see if bead has seated all around the rim I have seem them the bead didn't pop right and some still isn't in right place might be a easy fix and no money let air out soap up around rim and reapply air again what have you to lose a little time right.

Later after heat breaks degrees killing me when it's about 8 pm will pull both rear wheels and have them spun balance then go from there rear wheels are the easiest by far. I had the hardest time with front lining the speedo thing, wheel and spacer guess like my DAD used to say just hold you tong different LOL. Boy that front wheel is something to put on if any one has a trick let me know for future. But having right arm with restrictions has something to do with it.

So far what I found the tire is made of nylon I remember year ago they got flat spots sitting on then over night and had to drive them for a while till they smooth out. In my case looks out of round. So next I will break bead try the turn turn tire to another spot on rim and balance it if that doesn't work I will replace tire.

Well took it out to check it found front tire might be bad feel front going up and down and while it's doing it steering is trying to wobble. Ill be taking it off change location of tire on rim and balance not sure if that will help much. I really think because it is nylon ply has something to do with it. I remember when they came out years ago they would sit over night and flatten it took mile to round out till the next day and start all over again. Any bodys thoughts. Am a beating a dead horse or should I bight the bullet and get a new tire? RapidJim DaveC

Jim my 2015 Zodiac seems to be change a lot from earlier years such as no kick start.no hitch in back question do they make a hitch that would fit on mine? My title just came in tonight will be heading out tomorrow to DMV. As I read this forum thinking wondering what else may be missing I guess it's a way to save cost in production?
