Years now people would call them bendex but that was the name of companys name, true name would be called a starter drive. I would say the starter drive is week or shot. Like before if you can watch when you hit starter button and see start push forward to engage but won't turn that's the problem. In some cases the part needed is hard to find or priced to were you can get the whole thing together and its all new. Keep us posted

I call auto zone you only responsible to bring them back if tool breaks it gets returned for a replacement from company who made it, they have a life time deal warranty like most hand tools.

Wife and I both did 100 mile run for Toys for Tots there were about 400 bikes what a blast!!! Glade we changed oil last night.
