On sveral GY6 exhaust headers theres two pipes in the header!  This is how it looked when I cut my header, the small inner pipe goes all the way to the muffler... No wonder the engine can't breath! I was wondering the exact same thing. Glad somone could clear it up. Cant wait to order a new header. Ready to see results with this post. |

Im just saying if anyone buys bulbs or anything. Im just wondering whats cheaper and had good light output, and im not worried about the high/low function as long as they work.

Yah search BA20D on ebay, and alot pop up. Dont know which one to try yet. Pleasel let me know once you order and try something out. I have the same scoot and want better lighting.

Oh i know. I just got mad trying to install it and i forced in in there and ripped the foam.

Good luck on it fitting. I forced mine in there and i cut some holes in the filter. Just be careful or you will cut it and its ruined after that.

Thank you, and i knew oil. Hah. And yah ive made a tool to get the starter clutch off already. Im ready for that. Just not for the flywheel. Thanks again!

Alright thank you, ive got something to get the nut off. I just need the puller now.and the gasket. Just the case gasket?

Ive seen one other guy use a tool he made. But dont want to have to do that either. I guess ill have to breakdown and get the tool... Do i need to get the case gasket? Or anything else other than the clutch?

Alright ive looked up alot of videos of doing the starter clutch. Its not going to be very hard, just going to take some time. I was just wondering if anyone has a special way to get the flywheel off(not wanting to have to buy the special puller)
