So ive looked at newer quantum tours and they have a digital dash. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get one at? mine has the regular speedo on it and i would like it to be the digital one. Does anyone know anything about them?

I just did the valve adjustment, exhaust was off. I just noticed that there is a 2 pin connector that isn't connected to anything (T-shaped, with 2 wires coming out of it although it could house 3). Spark tests perfect on all tests, but I still think there is something electronic/timing/spark related. I am ordering a whole new harness, coil, stator, etc. My new hypothesis is that there is that someone else tried to 'fix' a problem with this scooter in the past and ended up making all kinds of mistakes in the meantime-like installing the wrong kind of regulator (4 wire instead of 5 or 6 Can you get a picture of the connector and where its at?

Thats weird mine came before the valve. I know that some people put one after and one before. But i figured that would slow down the flow. maybe some more people will chime in and we will find out...

The goal is to get it past the crossbar. and alot of people make things to secure it to the crossbar. im planning on making something that will bolt somewhere not sure just yet. But im worried about it bouncing around alot too.

The filter should be before the vacuum shut off... that way nothing can get into it and clog up the valve. if your worried about it buy a manual shut off valve. Thats what im doing so i dont have to replace it so often.

Yes it mighy not clear the crossbar. I torn my uni trying to "make" it fit, so i lm either getting a small cone filter that is made to clear, or making an intake.

Just FYI: there is a "C"-shaped intake you can buy from Uni. I ended up having one made at my local muffler shop. Correctly sized exhaust tubing bent to suit me, flared a little on one end to match the Uni, connected to the carb by a 1" piece of rubber auto radiator hose with stainless clamps. The metal, I think, is best for keeping an undisturbed airflow into the carb. H4 bulbs are the tops of all mods! I was wondering if someone sold one. Do you know the website that you saw it on? I cant find one...

So ive got about $100 and im getting some cheap performance stuff and i really would like to know everyones input. I can either get a new cone filter that will fit straight on the carb or i can get a uni and make my own intake tube. What would be the better option? i like the simple and easy part of the cone filter but also would not mind making an intake. But im just curious if anyone knew what what would be better? Or if Someone has tried both and maybe knows. Just let me know. Ill post a few of the other things im looking at so i can get yalls opinion!
