Show up at one of them with some cash. We used to deliver bikes free to places much further than would seem reasonable when I worked at a dealership. Go see them and see what your options are. Its all theoretical until you're standing in the dealership. Right now most of them are hurting pretty bad and they will jump through hoops to make a sale.

Dude seriously did you read that? I understand speed limit laws. I am asking if any vehicle capable of over 29 needs to be registered not whether they can get a ticket for speeding. I am trying to find out if the law is specific to motorized vehicles. I apologize if English is not your first language and I am being insensitive to a foreign born American...
