Well guys ,you had a chance to discus my orange scoot ., and no I hope you can give me some input on the new scoot. I've been ill. so I can't show a picture yet or give much info. But what I have is a unit call Q6.from Ice Bear I think. It is a three wheeler ,burgundy and black. Pretty big ! shines all over. I think the Chinese did a real job on this one.But time will tell . Because of a purchase problem with the company I was given a choice of five to choose from. I picked this on and it was delivered on the 7/19. I am anxious to get to work on it ,but it will take a few days to get on my feet. . Delivery was three days to my garage .Can't expect better then then that By the way JR how do I clear the runner at top of page?

It is sure good to see some of the young men using their ability and skill to be able to build a scooter from scratch. Good luck to all that use their talent in this manner . Over the years I have seen the lack of people going into the fields of mechanics .electricians ,plumber ,etc. These fields are in great demand and the type of work, although hard, does pay off in personal satisfaction and good pay . Keep it up guys and gals !

[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]Dom-That is the best thing that could happen to you this summer! It will be good for your health, but it will also be good for your overall feeling about yourself. Boy I would give anything to be able to do some exercise again, but because of bad legs I can't . Exercising is like smoking. You have to want to do it and then don't stop. Good luck with this enterprise .

I think what you guys need, is a large pile of scooter parts and then build your own version of a scooter,I bet is would be interesting !! When you read the post it seems you all have some good but different ideas as to what a scooter should be like . Also what happened to our spell check ?

[replyingto=ramblinman]ramblinman[/replyingto]ramblinman -When I worked on cars in the old days and they squeaked, I would lightly sand the shoes. If they are glazed ,that can cause squeaking.

Hi Copperdeer- I guess where ever you live there is something wrong with the weather ! Yea Id agree with that, tonight on my way home it was dry, looked about 4 blocks ahead and saw a wall of water coming at me, I was not dressed for it... Needless to say I got soaked, it continued well after i got home.. In my younger days I would have simply shook it off, but tonight it took a very hot shower and a few hours to warm back up.... Arrg it sucks getting older... Your just a kid yet. Wait until you get to my age.Everything sucks !!
