Can't seem to find what I'm looking for. What the basic maintenence needed for the cvt, like anything that needs to be lubed? Couldn't find much on Google.

I just posted this in another thread I used a short rubber hose that has hose clamps on both sides, and a 45 degree pvc to get it passed the bar But it would bounce around alot so i used 2 zip ties to hold it steady to the crossbar I actually got both pieces in the plumbing department, the rubber hose and the pvc were both 1 1/2 (roughly 40mm) The 45 degree bend wasn't enough because it actually bent my uni right into the cross bar. I spent less than $10 on the 2 parts I needed, I actually brought a spare carb to home depot with me and tried a few different connectors out to see what would work best

I think more often the issue is the crossbar being in the way and that's why you sometimes need to make some sort of rig to squeeze it passed the bar

I am also interested in this, i picked up a performance exhaust on ebay and the header appears to still be restricted, I'll take some measurements on Monday

I thought mine was missing a gasket until i layed on the ground and looked underneath, i also picked up one of those gaskets that goes through the threads as well the tiny washer type one didn't seem sufficient www.partsforscooters.com/130-44_Exhaust_Gasketthis is the kind that came on mine stock

Are you sure it's just not pressed very tightly into the grooved area?

The fan scoop is for the cooling shroud. I don't like the ones they sell because they don't stick out far enough to catch extra air. I like using a 45 degree 4 inch male / female plumbing elbow. Paint it black and it sticks out just far enough to pick up air like a ram air setup , but for cooling. They do help . when riding down the road at , let's say 60mph , you get that wind forced into the fan and into the shroud. do you have a picture of this? I'm intrigued

Mine didn't fit with the crossbar so i picked up a small piece of rubber hose and a small pvc bent tube, and ziptied it to the crossbar to keep it from bouncing, for less than $10 at home depot

Go up to a 120 main. The more fuel you add, the cooler it will run. I really think you need to upjet. You noticing how hot it is running is another symptom of being lean.. Upjet the main. Alright so ive been riding around the last two days with a 120 main and 40 idle Top end performance seems better, but I'm still getting popping on decel, though maybe not at much but it feels like the scoot is struggling to get moving from stopped I'm thinking I should prob drop back to the 38 for the idle I'm also noticing a way stronger smell of exhaust, might just be from too rich of an idle jet I'm thinking?
