So the saga continues ever since I got a uni and aftermarket exhaust I've had nothing but issues
Recap: 150cc Chinese, 115 main and stock idle jet, uni filter aftermarket exhaust Alot of loud popping on decel, made the scoot stutter when I would add more throttle
So I got some advice that I should up the idle jet to a 38 Fully disassembled carb cleaned and swapped the idle to a 38 I let it warm up adjust the af and took it for a ride and at low speeds I'm getting a noticeable amount of white smoke from the exhaust, even after turning it off more smoke came out with a burning smell
What am I doing wrong and why won't it may run right? !

Well it turns out the breather hose or whatever it's called was pinched closed, no smoke coming out now Popping isn't that often anymore but letting off at 1/4 throttle is still giving me a bang

Well upping it to a 38 from a 35 significantly reduced the popping, but not all of it, i thought the pop was from a lean condition? I have noticed my header and even the muffler getting very very hot and it's got me worried i adjusted the valves to .005 not too long ago as well

Hmm ok so could this be from me removing the stock airbox and just having the hose that went back to the airbox just hanging? Honestly i can't figure out how to completely eliminate this problem I feel like I have to be missing something obvious My header has turned a dark bluish from the original stainless and I'm worried about this happening to the muffler as well

Also not sure if it's related but my vacuum lines have become a yellow brown as well, they were teal not sure if this could be related

I think you need to go up on your main 3 or 5. Running lean, IMO. You added a good amount of extra air, with the UNI, and the exhaust. When you are lean, things run hotter. What size was your original main jet? These things are almost always running lean from the factory.
Where was this hose that went back to the factory airbox attached to on the other side? Are either of your hoses from the manifold open on the other end?

No neither of the houses are open on the other end, i have yet to remove the pair system one of them goes to a splitter that goes to the carb and petcock, the other goes to all those stupid canisters the hose to the airbox is the one that comes off the top of the head, its just barely visible in the bottom left corner of that picture

What size was the main jet from the factory? No way you changing the idle jet turned you from lean, to rich. I think you are running lean. You can increase the idle on the idle screw to fix that popping, but I would still go up on the main jet. If you can run a little rich, it's a LOT better than running a little lean.

I'm not familiar with the PAIR system. Was there any other hoses going to the air box? Those probably have a vacuum valve.

I believe it was a 108, I actually bought a new carb just bc I didn't feel like trying to remove all the tamper proof stuff It was listed as a 108 but the jet wasnt labled when I removed it, I only have increments of 5 so should I try out a 120? Or should I do a 40 in the idle jet? Only reason I'm not sure is bc the popping only occurs if i run around 1/4 - 1/2 throttle than let off If I run WOT no popping occurs at all (this was not true when I had a 35 idle in, I would get popping on any deceleration)

The only hose I had running to mine was the valve cover vent hose. I left the only airbox in place and kept the vent hose connected to it. Where are the two vacuum lines running to from the manifold ?

The popping on decel is your idle being lean. I would get a larger idle, and a larger main. You always want to be a little rich.
I am also curious as to where your 2 hoses from the manifold are attached.
