For body panels I use zip ties as well, better than glue, with glue it brakes again, with zip ties it gets flexibility so it is harder to brake again.

Sweet!!! Nothing like smoking cagers with just a few CCs under the seat, and a gas tank filled with spare change, lol. I have reached 92kmph (GPS) on my BBKed 125cc at 8k rpms, after that it feels like the tires loose all the traction and the suspension becomes useless, almost like levitating down the road There is a certain magic to passing a Bugatti Veteron at Interstate speeds on a scooter. Reactions from someone who spent that much on a Bugatti when they get passed by a scooter can range from humiliation to utter disbelief and unfortunately at time totaly enraged. I was once on the freeway on the toll booth, I had a soccer mom in a SUV behind me honking the horn at me when I was putting my gloves back on (I have to take them off to be able to take the coins out of my pocket to pay the toll), after leaving the toll booth the soccer mom tried to take over, I squeezed the throttle an she wasn't able to take over, then I kept accelerating and so she did trying to take over until we reached traffic speed, then we reached a traffic jam on a intersection, she had to stop and I filtered my way out off the traffic jam (filtering is allowed here), but not before I honked back at her and waved goodbye. Some cagers fail to understand that no matter how much horsepower you have under the hood, on a city traffic environment it is useless against two wheels.

Leo would probably love the twin disks up front on the Sport City as they are the same used on 500cc and larger bikes. With a new tire on dry pavement you could end up doing a Stoppie in a panic that would make Tom Cruise take note. The Sport City on dry pavement stops faster than any car I have ever driven however you do need to watch out for plastic street lines, symbols and writing that starts out as a plastic panel almost 1/2 inch thick and is melted onto the roadway in great quantities at intersections (think of a product called Saw Slick on a wet road) which is like riding on a SlipNSlide when its wet when you go over them. Driving by a car wash can also be dangerous from all the soap residue and hot wax in the final rinse that ends up on the road where they exit the car wash. Busy fast food establishments can have fryer grease on the roads nearby which can be more slippery than Black Ice when wet. A lot of things to watch out for many of which you won't see directly. That reminds me another safety tip, if you have to stop aggressively (specially at intersections and stop lights) and you have a cager behind you, get on the side of the lane right away to avoid being rear ended, the cager might not be able to stop as fast as the scooter, cars (specially big ones) need more braking distance than scooters.

UPDATE-- I noticed last night (and good ol' Mom noticed just now as she left for the Post Office), the BTjr is now fast-flashing green. So I called SW again. Dave the mech (why are all my mechs named Dave?) reaffirmed the battery has a problem, and said he definitely wants me to have Peej towed to them come spring rather than me trying to drive him. Said between the previous red to green flash pattern and now this, that there's a good chance the battery might fail and strand me. Also said to go ahead and start him up every couple weeks, if the battery permits. Let him idle a couple minutes, then rev a couple times, then off. That'll keep the fluids circulating. Sigh. I hate vehicles. Really I do. But I suppose a horse wouldn't be much better for troubles, would it. >'Kat A horse would be more reliable, but then you have to deal with the mess in the garage
